Hey everyone, just a reminder that we have a discussion open for our upcoming proposal to build an open communication layer for Polkadot, which will increase the flow, decentralization, and accessibility of communications in the ecosystem.

The scope of this proposal is already more than halfway done, meaning over half of this will be retroactive funding. The tech has already been integrated by numerous ecosystem projects including Polkassembly and Zeitgeist, and adoption has been looking great.
