The balance issue with TAO has been fixed on SubWallet browser extension v1.3.17. Please update the extension to this version to view your TAO balances & perform Root staking normally.

As for mobile users, we're still actively working on a fix, with the new update expected to be available on App Store & Google Play within this week.
