I have got many e-mails, text messages, regarding grievances of many students who have been cheated by AVKS Academy.

Many of them have been charged money for providing them study material and online coaching; furthermore, in the name study material & content they sent Laxmikanth book, Modern India by Bipin Chandra, Yojana Magzine, Geography NCERT which is easily avaliable in market at price ₹1000.

They Charged ₹10000 for the Online Course which is mentioned above.

Apart from this, some other students subscribed for their online classes which never started & later some poor quality videos were given to them just for the sake of providing it. Moreover, it was also informed by the students that whenever they tried to reach the AVKS academy helpline number, firstly their calls were ignored and were unanswered, when answered, they were befooled and given some irrelevant replies.

I'm deeply saddened to know that they are engaged in such kind of unethical activities just for the sake of earning some extra money to the
disadvantage of innocent & aspiring students who paid the fee in hope of becoming an Assistant Commandant in CAPF.

I am highly disappointed by AVKS for being engaged in these kind of activities as I promoted their institute on my channel previously. Had I known they would cheat students like this I would have never promoted them.

All this certainly falls under
Section 2(1)g of the consumer protection act 1986 which is deficiency in service.Its an offense of cheating and breach of trust as well under Indian penal code. And it's also in violation of section 39 of Indian Contract Act,1872 for non-performance of contract.
we are willing to help all other students who have been cheated and befooled by AVKS or any other coaching institute and will help them get their fees back. Our legal team is working on all the complaints receieved so far. Kindly send us your grievances on the below mentioned mail id.
