Before Filling SBI Clerk Form, Read this!!

✅ Before You Start the Form
1. Check your eligibility:
• You must be between 20 and 28 years old (as on 01.04.2025).
• You must be a graduate before 31.12.2025.
• You can apply for only one state and must know the local language of that state.
2. Keep these ready:
• Email ID and mobile number (must be working).
• Scanned photo, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration.
• A valid debit/credit card or net banking for payment.

📷 Guidelines for Photos and Scans
• Photo: Recent, passport-size, light background, clear face, no sunglasses/caps.
• Signature: With black pen on white paper.
• Thumb Impression: With black or blue ink.
• Handwritten Declaration Text (write this on paper and scan):
“I, (Name), Date of Birth ____, hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine.”

🖊️ While Filling the Online Form
1. Go to https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings.
2. Find “Recruitment of Junior Associates 2025” and click on Apply Online.
3. Fill your basic info and create a Registration Number & Password. Write it down.
4. You can save and edit the form 3 times before final submission.
5. Once sure, submit the form and pay the fee (₹750 for Gen/OBC/EWS, Free for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen).
6. Download your receipt and final application – but do not send it to SBI.

❗ Must-Remember Rules
• You can’t edit anything after final submission.
• Do not submit more than one form. If you do, only the last completed one will be considered.
• Don’t wait till the last date – site may hang or crash.
• The language you choose for the state must be known to you. If you don’t have proof (10th/12th marksheet), you’ll have to give a language test later.
• Photograph must match the one you upload — you’ll need 8 copies of it later.
• Don’t use Mehendi or Ink on fingers — biometric mismatch may cancel your form.
• Do not use unfair means or share answers — SBI will track such behavior.

🎓 After Submission
• You’ll get a call letter for Prelims (download from SBI website).
• Later, you’ll get another for Mains, only if you clear Prelims.
• Keep your ID proof (original and photocopy) ready for both exams.
