Deck at pencinema flyover -Main contractor: hitech construction company limited -First part: 10cm precast slabs with rough surface with shear connectors -Second part: 10cm concrete casting -Third part: Diaphragm or tie beam -Fourth part: 25cm connector slab -Reinforcement of precast slab: Y16 @ 15cm in bith directions and a Y10 @ 45cm as surface shear reinforcement -Reinforcement of connector slab: Y25 @ 15cm in the top logitudinal direction, Y20 @ 15cm in the bottom longitudinal direction, Y16 @ 15cm in both bottom and top transverse direction. -Reinforcement of diaphragm: From the beam 5Y16 at the bottom with 8Y16 side bars also from the beam. Stirrups Y16 @ 15cm are added with 5Y25 top bars. -Method of construction: the precast slabs are put on the beams. The diaphragm is fixed and cast. The cantilever part of the deck is done by fixing steel channels to the deck wgich are welded to the stirrups of the beams. The tie rod holding the soffit of the cantilever will be supported by the steel channels. At the cross head polystyrene is placed on which the connector slab will later stay allowing for a gap between the cross head and the deck.

علامت فوق به چه معناست ؟

سرکش بالای علامت فی یونانی بیانگر واژه TOR میباشد . به این میلگردها با عنوان میلگردهای آجدار تابیده در مبحث نهم سال ۱۳۹۲ اشاره شده است ولی در استاندارد ملی میلگردهای گرم نورد شده ۳۱۳۲ اشاره ای به این نوع میلگرد نشده است . بالواقع این علامت فارق از مشخصات میلگرد و برای هر نوع میلگرد سرد تابیده شده میباشد و هیچ ارتباطی به میلگردهای متعارف مورد مصرف در کارهای ساختمانی ندارد و جزو اشتباهات رایج در نشانه گذاری نقشه ها می باشد ‌.
