Authorities have done a mistake in the past saying that "Deity doesn't have fundamental rights". My humble prayers to Hon'ble Prime Minister Modi ji to correct these mistakes. MAHA PARIKRAMA at Chilkur Balaji Temple on 22nd January at 3pm.
In the afternoon after Pran pratishtha at Ayodhya we will be performing one maha parikrama and one internal parikrama. We will be carrying the shatakopam, Indian constitution and the munivahana replica.
Prana pratishtha of SriRama at Ayodhya has culminated in the Prana pratishtha of SriRama in our constitution.
RAMA RAJYA:
This is RamaRajya as per the objectives resolution of January 22nd 1947.
This is RamaRajya as per partition council reiteration. This is RamaRajya as per constitution of 1950 which has the pictures of Sri Rama, Sita Devi and Lakshmana in part 3 of the constitution.
DEITY RIGHTS:
Again after the supreme court's wrong interpretations over a period of time for 77 years it culminated in the last straw on 28 September 2018 when the supreme court delivered the unfortunate Sabarimala judgement in which it said that Deity does not have any fundamental rights.
Art.363 dispute was raised and the Past President referred the Dispute through Art.143 reference to the Govt. Of India. The officials unfortunately gave a wrong interpretation and reiterated illegally that the Supreme Court order is the law of the land and Art.143 reference was not needed.
When the matter stood thus, the Prana Pratishta of SriRama at Ayodhya has enabled SriRama himself selecting January 22nd as the muhurat for the same.
It gave us various insights into our Constitution to prove that indeed this is RamaRajya as per provisions in Our Constitution.
The officials opinion can be thrown into the dustbin. Our identifications have been attested by many Legal experts and Constitutional Giants like Retd. Chief Justice Venkatachaliah.
Hence we thank the Almighty for descending into our Constitution through the efforts of Munivahana Community.
As a mark of gratitude we will be performing one Maha Parikrama and one internal Parikrama at Chilkur Balaji Temple on 22nd January at 3pm.
With mangala vadyams, Rama nama recitations, etc.
