Here are 5 strategies that can help reduce inflammation in the brain:

1. Eat Smarter: Focus on anti-inflammatory foods like berries, dark leafy greens, and omega-3 rich foods like nuts, fatty fish.

2. Stress Management: Engage in regular physical activity, meditation, or yoga to help reduce inflammation and promote overall brain health.

3. Quality Sleep: Prioritize getting enough restful sleep each night to reduce inflammation to the brain.

4. Limit Poisons and Processed Foods: Reduce (or avoid) consumption of sugar, seed oils, processed foods, alcohol and smoking.
