Here’s what i propose for ADHD reform:

• For the vast majority of cases, ADHD wouldn’t be relevant if our society stops trying to encourage a Fish to climb a tree… Instead, WE should focus on helping the fish find it’s Flow!

• We must encourage SMARTER nutrition along with supplementation of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, Phosphatidylserine, B-complex, Magnesium (Glycinate/Citrate), Tyrosine, and Probiotics BEFORE throwing legal speed at our KidZ.

• Multiple studies have demonstrated that stimulant medications may stunt growth and can increase risk of depression in kids, so doctors need to be more responsible with the chemicals we introduce to the developing brain.

• Limit the ‘Dopamine Dumping’ screen time to 2hrs or less amongst teenagers and encourage activities that exercises the brain such as reading, meditation, fitness, etc.

• Always remember that LABELS CREATE LIMITS, so stop identifying Your child with a DISORDER. Instead, change the word DISORDER to 👉 CONDITION or even GIFT
