Here are some activities i recommend to keep our brain healthy and mentally fit:
1. READ BOOKS - Studies have shown that engaging in reading for even as little as 6min a day can reduce stress and anxiety up to 68%.
2. LEARN A NEW SKILL: Learn a new skill like a foreign language, musical instrument, or cooking which can all help the brain evolve.
3. PRACTICE MEDITATION: It is easy to be distracted. It takes mental effort to keep Your mind still.
4. EXERCISE: Exercise has numerous benefits for the brain, including improved memory, neuroplasticity and focus.
5. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: make real human interactions to keep your brain active and fit.
6. GET ENOUGH SLEEP: It is during sleep when the brain is able to repair and heal itself. Try to target 7.6hrs per night (according to the worldβs largest sleep study)
7. EAT SMART: We canβt get healthy by eating sick animals and malnourished plants grown in dead soil. So I believe it is more important now than ever before to supplement in addition to eating smart.

In January 2022, Novak Djokovic was deported from Melbourne on the eve of the Australian Open AND received a 3-Year travel ban for choosing not to drink their Kool-Aid.
Last month, however, Djokovicβs visa ban was waived by the Australian government which now opens the path for him to compete for his 10th #AustralianOpen title!
Super proud of this man for his unwavering commitment to the principle of Bodily Autonomy, not only for himself, but also for ALL innocent people around the world who share this Belief πππ¦πΊ
