Apparently I circled the Sun 45 times today. Usually I go GangNamStyleZ with my friends and Live it up, but unfortunately I’ve lost most of them in the past year.

Some are in disbelief that I’m calling out the Global Web of #lies, others are afraid that I can kill them by simply being in their presence, and some I can no longer see cuZ I’m not allowed to enter into their country.

Regardless, I know where I stand and will 𝑵𝑶𝑻 compromise in my #beliefs and #values. I’m on a mission to #changetheworld, to #reinvent #psychiatry and help #empower people to become their #1 Doctor.

👆Admiral Jim Stockdale was the highest ranking US military officer in the P.O.W. camp during the height of the Vietnam War. Over a span of 8yrs (1965 - 1973) he was tortured, stripped of any prisoner’s rights, without a release date, and no certainty as to whether he would even survive.

When asked how he made it out while the other P.O.W.s didn’t, here’s what he had to say,

“The optimists... They were the ones who said, ‘We’re going to be out by Christmas.’ And Christmas would come, and Christmas would go. Then they’d say, ‘We’re going to be out by Easter.’ And Easter would come, and Easter would go. And then Thanksgiving, and then it would be Christmas again. And they died of a broken heart.”
