Asian shares started steady on Monday, Japan's Nikkei lost 1%.
RBI remains laser-focused to bring back inflation to 4%: Governor Shaktikanta Das.
FPIs remain net sellers in October, pull out Rs 3,825 crore.

Asian markets trading positive this morning.
Oil prices reach multi-year highs on tight supply.
Indian economy likely to register 9.5% growth this fiscal: UBS Securities.
