Some medical experts, scientists and rights groups have sounded warnings to the government to halt its Covid-19 vaccination campaign immediately, citing devastating side-effects among patients.

They accused the government, in court documents, of disregarding the wellbeing of millions of South Africans by driving Covid-19 vaccination programmes, in spite of not properly investigating the efficacy and safety of administered vaccines.

They claimed that authorities had ignored people who suffered debilitating and serious side effects through vaccine injuries, harassed outspoken medics and were engaged in data scrubbing and other irregularities to water down the impact the jabs had on South Africans.

The Covid Care Alliance, Transformative Health Justice (THJ) and Free the Children, three non-profit companies, have filed a case on an urgent basis, in the Pretoria High Court this month.

President Cyril Ramaphosa, the Health Minister, Dr Joe Phaala, his department’s acting director, Dr Nicholas Crisp, the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) and National Treasury have been listed as the respondents.

The applicants said coupled with the findings that have emerged and their “conscience”, in addition to the doctors who have taken their Hippocratic Oath, they could not keep silent on a “life and death” issue like Covid-19 vaccines.

Around February last year, 70 doctors endorsed the THJ’s letter to SAHPRA and the Department of Health, (DoH), outlining their concerns about adverse Covid-19 effects, but was apparently ignored. THJ now has the support of nearly 200 doctors.

Shabnam Mohamed, the founder of THJ, who filed an affidavit on behalf of THJ said they launched an independent Covid-19 shot reporting platform (SA Vaccine Adverse Events Report System, an independent, public interest body) in May 2021, and, via its various electronic platforms, received 1097 reports from families of deceased or people with Covid-19 vaccine injuries. The platforms essentially gave victims and survivors a voice and enhanced transparency through their questionnaire, Mohamed said.

The survey’s youngest participant was 13 and the oldest 96. Some of the other findings were 6 244 negative vaccine effects, including 94 deaths, of which, 32% died within 14 days of being jabbed.

Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal recorded the highest adverse effects, Mohamed said it was possibly due to those provinces receiving contaminated/risky vials of vaccine.

Mohamed said they noticed many of the affected people were generally not well-informed about the jab, its effects, and that they could make compensation claims when injured.

MY FIRST STOP THE SHOTS CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE SERVED! 1/2/2023.
I went with a witness and addressed the CEO, Dr. Dhimsan and Infectious Diseases Manager, PN Rampasad, at Tongaat Health Care Centre today to serve our C&D letter on them. They see about 700-800 patients per day. They were totally unaware of large scale vaccine adverse events and of our urgent court interdict or of the many cases I reported to the DOH from their own jabs or of the worldwide jab damage news! They mentioned only TWO cases they are aware of and the vaccine as cause was excluded! They take symptoms after 28 days as not vaccine caused! I showed them my 140 cases and informed them of the worldwide explosion and they were shocked. They refused to sign receipt of the C&D but my witness and I signed and I left a copy with them. I warned them that they are in a serious ethical dilemma now because they have been informed. They were truly bewildered. I believe they will not (easily) continue the jabs.
This illustrates the total ignorance and media shut down of the pro-jabbers’ side and our task at hand. They have continued because they believe it is good and no one has confronted or informed them of the damage and they never looked for problems or asked their patients. The only way they will be informed, warned and stopped, is if ALL OF US serve the C & D on ALL OF THEM.
Therefore, please stop your cell phone and key-pad talk and war in our silo only and take the CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE and serve it on every pro-jabber in your area with a witness or address and email it to them with a proof of receipt and read. Take photos of the place. Then send your proof of documents served to STS attorney Riekie Erasmus at re@riekieerasmus.co.za.
If each one of us send or hand it to or serve it on one person per day or per week, SA can be covered soon. If jabbing continues, it is because we allowed it.

EXPERIENCES DURING FURTHER STOP THE SHOTS CEASE AND DESIST NOTICES SERVED. 2/2/2023.

Today I went with my daughter as witness to Ballito Primary Health Care clinic and Dischem, Ballito Junction and served the C&D on them. They were also unaware of large-scale vaccine adverse events and of our urgent court interdict or of the worldwide jab damage news! I showed them my 140 cases and informed them of the worldwide explosion and they were also startled. The CPN refused to sign and I left a copy but the Dischem pharmacist signed that she received it. Dischem did not jab but they forced their staff to be jabbed. So, the C&D is applicable to them also.

This further confirms there is definite serious ignorance and media shut down on the pro-jabbers’ side. The only way they will be informed, warned and stopped, is if ALL OF US serve the C & D on ALL OF THEM IN PERSON. All of us are responsible to do this. If jabbing continues, it is because we allowed it.

Therefore, once again, we have to stop our cell phone and key-pad talks and wars in our silos and take the CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE and serve it on every pro-jabber and mandator e.g. Discovery, Curro Schools, Dischems, Woolworths, etc. in your area. Again, go with a witness or email it to them with a proof of receipt and read. Take photos of the place. Then send your proof of documents served to STS attorney Riekie Erasmus at re@riekieerasmus.co.za.

PROPOSAL: We do not allow ourselves the luxury to be couch or keypad or video forward warriors only. That is near useless in this unconventional but real life and death war. We may only post if we ACTIVELY serve the C&D on pro-jabbers or if we financially support the court case.

Please help with an anonymous list of your jab injured patients, even if you list only 10 or as many as you have time for and do the affidavit to state you have xx numbers more.
The DOH denies that there are large numbers of jab injuries because only a few doctors reported injuries. So, if you do not report it, it strengthens their case and weakens ours and it will allow the jabbing to continue. Your list will help us enormously. So, please make a bit if time and help us and the people.
