LATEST UPDATE: The #StopTheShots South Africa case was on the court roll for 10 January 2023, in the Pretoria High Court. Despite the principles of Batho Pele, this life and health matter remains in limbo, for now.

South Africa: Organisations turn to court claiming Covid-19 vaccine is harmful to people
They are asking that this order remain in place pending a further application in which they are asking that health officials be ordered to test the medical and scientific efficacy and safety of the vaccines.
The applicants also want the government to look into the medical conditions of those who have displayed medical complications or have died after being vaccinated.
Neither of the government departments stated as respondents have yet filed their opposing affidavits, but it is expected to be done soon.

Organisations turn to court claiming Covid-19 vaccine is harmful to people
The three non-profit organisations – Covid Care Alliance, Transformative Health Justice, and Free the Children-Save the Nation – are asking or an order interdicting the government from urging South Africans to be vaccinated.

Thank you for your support for the critical mission to stop the shots, expedite compensation, and demand investigations into safety, efficacy, and conflicts of interest.
People are asking if they should go to Pretoria high court tomorrow. We wish we could have millions at court, but it appears as if the urgency of saving lives and protecting health is not yet seen.
The case is not on the roll tomorrow. We were notified that the papers are 'too voluminous', and the DJP will deal with it as a special allocation again.
In the interim, we will launch an information drive to warn people not to be injected, and serve cease and desist notices on clinics, hospitals and jab stations to warn them that they run the risk of being held liable, in their personal capacity for damages.
