ATTENTION: Fellow Managers of Conservative SA groups,

REGARDING PRIVATE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION I.R.O. THE COVID 19 BIOWEAPON “VACCINES” ROLL-OUT.

I trust you are all aware of this case which we lodged already in April 2023 and which the NPA finally declined to investigate and prosecute. If you do not know about it, you will find all the documents on our STS Telegram group.

There are currently similar criminal charges in several other countries all over the world. It is important and necessary that we in SA continue the same, but our government’s criminal justice system refused to accept it. It will be no use for others to start lodging criminal complaints with the SAPS all over again. They will walk the same road we have already walked and waste another year or more. The best and next option is private criminal prosecution. For this we need funds as security to show that we can and will proceed before we can apply for a nolle prosecui certificate.

Since the NPA declined, we have been trying to raise funds for several weeks now for the private prosecution, but up to today, only about 24 people contributed about R7000. We cannot continue with so little. We now have to decide within this week whether to continue or not.

Fellow warriors for justice, you know we are in a real depopulation agenda and war with a lethal bioweapon, and it seems the whole state apparatus is compromised to allow the reduction of our number. We have to fight back on all possible fronts. One front is to privately prosecute the criminals and you all have to help us in this.
If we think of what the state and the jab pushers did to millions of SA citizens, how they knowingly lied, how they deceived and betrayed the nation, how many people were damaged and killed by the jabs, how they failed in their compensation promises, how the government lied in court and the fraud they committed in their stats and presentations to the judge in our urgent application for an interdict to stop the shots, and now the SAPS refused to investigate and prosecute despite hundreds of witnesses and evidence of jab damages, we just cannot accept that we must let these criminals go unprosecuted and unconvicted.

But then, not even 30 people of the thousands we informed, were willing to support our efforts to proceed with private criminal prosecution. Are we the only ones that want to see the criminals prosecuted? Or must we just let go and accept their crimes as it seems most of our members and you want us to do?

Or why are all of you not supporting us on your groups or with funds? Some groups even deleted my posts on their groups. Are you not agreeing with it, do you believe it should be done differently? How then? If you have a better plan, then put it on the table so that we can all support the better plan. We have always informed all of you and asked for input, and no-one ever suggested another avenue, except Reyno de Beer who believed our efforts might jeopardize theirs. We could not see how. Should we not charge them for crimes? Or what is the problem that we do not get your support? PLEASE give us an honest answer, because we must know and then decide now if we will have support to continue or not.

If we can collect enough funds, we can appoint expert criminal lawyers and they can do the best possible. We do not believe for a moment you must support US personally. We started the process, but to go privately, we need funds and experts.

So, all administrators of groups, please voice your opinions so that we can know if we have your support to continue or not. You want doctors and officials to speak up against the vaccines, but now that you can assist us to prosecute the criminals, you fail to stand up, make a sacrifice and support us. If you do not actively support the private criminal prosecution, God and ALL will know we have tried and were willing, but we did not get enough support from you and the public. All of us will one day give an account for our efforts and roles in this injustice. If we fail in this, we have the same hearts as those who failed Jesus when He was led to the slaughter. Sela. Therefore, please seriously consider this and help us.

IMPORTANT TO ALL THE JAB INJURED -

Only your actions to lay criminal charges can now make prosecution of the bioweapon / poison jab criminals possible. If successful, this will then hopefully make claims for compensation successful.

As stated before, you need to individually lay criminal charges against the government. STS cannot do it as an organization or on your behalf. We tried. The INDIVIDUAL who experienced the harm, can lay charges and institute private prosecution if the state does not investigate and prosecute. We need as many as possible of the jab injured to do it.

Attorney Riekie Erasmus is willing to help you with your affidavit about your jab injuries in order to lay individual criminal charges against the govt. If you do not have funds for an attorney, we can use the funds donated and currently available for the private criminal prosecution.

We are also compiling the evidence to support your charge that the government and whoever coerced or deceived you in getting the jab acted criminally by promoting, and administering an experimental "vaccine" as safe and effective whilst the government KNEW and were repeatedly informed that the jabs were toxic and not proven safe or effective. It is as criminal as when a factory keeps on advertizing and selling peanut butter as healthy and safe whilst they have not tested it or if they knew and were informed it was contaminated with fungi. The same if a meat factory would keep on advertising and selling or handing out Listeriosis contaminated meat whilst they knew and were informed that people were getting sick from the meat.

When we have drafted the layout of the proofs of criminal actions of the government, we will ask your inputs again.

TO THE NATIONAL PROSECUTING AGENCY:

Dear Addressee ,

Five and a half months have passed since the post to you below requesting a review of DPP’s decision not to prosecute the government for criminal conduct. I have had no feedback at all.

Neither have I received any acknowledgement of receipt or feedback from the Gauteng North Division to whom you were supposed to send the fraud charges for further action.

Lots have since come to light exposing the large-scale toxic and often fatal effects of the covid injections and several court cases were started all over the world. All this supports and justifies my charges that the government acted unlawfully, negligently and criminally.

I attach the document COVID JAB COURT CASES & CRIMINAL CHARGES with references to other court cases against the covid injection damage and crimes.

As stated before in the correspondence to you, many thousands of people were undeniably damaged and killed by the covid vaccines. The government knew about it and was warned, but they continued. That was deliberate and / or negligently. Your refusal to investigate and prosecute it, will not make the cases go away and will be a serious indictment against you and even make you guilty of obstruction of justice and transgression of PRECCA. PRECCA compels you to take appropriate steps against crimes reported to you.

REQUEST:
1. Please give an update and time-line on your way forward with the case.
2. Please confirm the fraud charges were sent to the correct division and to whom it was referred.
3. Please seriously prosecute the perpetrators of the largest crime against the largest number of people with the largest damaging effect ever – and this is not an overstatement if you are a frontline doctor like me and if you are familiar with the true reports and not only with that from the biased, compromised and perverse incentivised government or sponsored academia, Big Pharma or Main Stream Media.

UPDATE ON STS CRIMINAL CHARGES:

On 11/11/2024 I received the attached reply from Adv. RJ de Kock of the NPA.
Please read it. It is enough to scream and cry about.

Adv. De Kock says the DPP has not yet sent our docket with the criminal charges to the NPA for a review of their refusal to prosecute!! The NPA requested it in May 2024. It is now 6 months that the DPP Pietermaritzburg has sat on it! And for 6 months the NPA also never followed-up on their request to the DPP!

The DPP has also failed to send our fraud charges to the DPP, Gauteng Division.

Justice delayed is indeed justice denied. It is heart breaking. Is this the state of our legal system?

What can we do under these circumstances?
