I am still awaiting your reasons for declining to prosecute. Can you please indicate where you are with the process and how much longer.
Please take note of this clip. This is confirming my charges of murder, a massacre and culpable homicide and it is confirmed by more and more undeniable local and international evidence. With all the evidence coming out and available, you cannot give any truthful, objective and honest reason not to prosecute. Our application for an urgent interdict to stop the poison shots and for Part B following was dismissed with costs. Our Part B was not even heard but dismissed!
Now that the verdict is out, we can speak out.

Maybe you have read that we got “thrashed” in court but you should have clearly seen that the judge truly and utterly missed the mark and the truth. And our advocate near totally failed us!

THE FIGHT MUST GO ON.
However, we cannot accept defeat and allow the seriously poisonous Covid shots to still be approved and promoted, that the jab promoters and killers still walk free and that the damaged people remain uncompensated. We MUST continue the fight - or we are complicit.

FUNDING.
However, and to be honest, if we had strong public support and funds for a bigger legal team who could have spent serious time on our case, we could have fought with a far more intimidating arsenal and team. As our attorney said, she has not even received ANY legal fees yet, let alone get more help. I and others have spent several tens of thousands of private rands already and hundreds of hours for no pay at all. Thank you to all those who supported us all along and for the new ones who started recently.
Truth is, the passive SA anti-vax public is partly responsible for our small team and thrashing.

EASILY ACHIEVABLE SOLUTION.
It is however heartbreaking that the solution for adequate funding is so easily achievable. If each of the 1700 or more current members sacrifice coffee, chocolates, ice cream, luxuries, restaurants and expensive holidays for an average of R50-100 per month, and contribute to this battle, it will give us up to R170 000 per month. With this we can put up a very strong fight - and do more as funds allow. So, if we do not have funds to put up a good fight, it will be due to all of you on this group and not due to the STS team. Please think carefully about your role.

REQUEST:
We now request all of you to please sacrifice something towards this fight – as we have already massively sacrificed from our side. If ALL of us contribute something, the burden will be light on all and the result will be massive. Please just do it, starting now before you forget or loose motivation - and then monthly pre recurring payment with whatever you can afford please If we succeed or fail, we will comfort our consciences that we brought our part against this evil.

Yesterday I spoke to two of our seriously injured members and they expressed a need for such a support group or association, like you get for diabetes, autism, etc. They said they often felt alone and not understood. They will better understand each other’s sickness and battles and can help and support each other better with tips and personal experiences. Their cries and battles can easily get lost amongst all the other posts on our other groups. It can also serve as a resource group for them.  

Your vision your mission! I created such a group under CCPAL Whatsapp and Telegram. All our jab injured members can join, invite others and meet each other there and see how to proceed.

HELP NEEDED FROM OUR KNOWLEDGABLE MEMBERS:

We are drafting a public statement and analysis to the judges' dismissal of our application for an urgent interdict to stop the poison shots. It must be concise and strong to convince the public and reply to all the wrong reasons the judge and newspapers gave why the shots are safe and effective and should continue. We all know beyond any reasonable doubt and for many reasons that the shots are poisonous and should have been stopped by the judge, and that the judge seriously erred. We must convey this in the document.

*URGENT PLEA FOR FUNDS TO CONTINUE PRIVATE CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS.*

Dear Fellow group members and SA citizens,

We again plead for your URGENT financial support please - that we may continue with private criminal prosecutions of the President, the Minister of Health, the DoH, SAHPRA and their officials for their criminalities in the roll-out of the C19 jabs, and their criminalities in our application for an interdict to stop the C19 poison shot / bioweapon / “vaccine.” This is the biggest crime ever in SA and in the world. It was / is a massive depopulation operation / unconventional war with a deliberate bioweapon. We daily witness and hear of the damages. There are several similar criminal prosecutions in other countries.

As we informed you, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) refused to investigate and prosecute our criminal charges a whole year after we laid charges in April 2023! You can read all the documents on our Telegram group. If we still want the criminals prosecuted, we have to do it privately now. For this we need enough funds as security within the next week before we may institute private criminal prosecutions.

Our previous pleas have sadly not yielded enough funds. Only 20 people contributed a total of R5800. Thank you to those who donated, but we cannot continue with so few people contributing. After all our efforts, pleas and all the evidence of the bioweapon damage around us, it is heartbreaking that so few people supported the prosecution of the criminals. For evil to thrive, good men must do nothing.

Therefore, will EACH of you to *PLEASE URGENTLY contribute R50-100 or more per month for the next 6-12 months.* If you do, please set up a recurring payment to ensure continuity of funds. Please sacrifice a few luxuries per month for this. It should actually be so easy to get enough funds to continue this fight if EACH of you would contribute only a little bit each month. There must be at least 2000 -5000 good people in SA who are willing to do something about this. Please all good people, do so soonest. It is really very important that we do the private criminal prosecution.

DEATH RATE AFTER THE C19 SHOTS - CULPABLE HOMICIDE AND MURDER

VERY IMPORTANT AND URGENT - PLEASE READ AND RESPOND. 9/4/2024

ATTENTION: Fellow Managers of Conservative SA groups,

REGARDING PRIVATE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION I.R.O. THE COVID 19 BIOWEAPON “VACCINES” ROLL-OUT.

I trust you are all aware of this case which we lodged already in April 2023 and which the NPA finally declined to investigate and prosecute. If you do not know about it, you will find all the documents on our STS Telegram group.

There are currently similar criminal charges in several other countries all over the world. It is important and necessary that we in SA continue the same, but our government’s criminal justice system refused to accept it. It will be no use for others to start lodging criminal complaints with the SAPS all over again. They will walk the same road we have already walked and waste another year or more. The best and next option is private criminal prosecution. For this we need funds as security to show that we can and will proceed before we can apply for a nolle prosecui certificate.

Since the NPA declined, we have been trying to raise funds for several weeks now for the private prosecution, but up to today, only about 24 people contributed about R7000. We cannot continue with so little. We now have to decide within this week whether to continue or not.

Fellow warriors for justice, you know we are in a real depopulation agenda and war with a lethal bioweapon, and it seems the whole state apparatus is compromised to allow the reduction of our number. We have to fight back on all possible fronts. One front is to privately prosecute the criminals and you all have to help us in this.
If we think of what the state and the jab pushers did to millions of SA citizens, how they knowingly lied, how they deceived and betrayed the nation, how many people were damaged and killed by the jabs, how they failed in their compensation promises, how the government lied in court and the fraud they committed in their stats and presentations to the judge in our urgent application for an interdict to stop the shots, and now the SAPS refused to investigate and prosecute despite hundreds of witnesses and evidence of jab damages, we just cannot accept that we must let these criminals go unprosecuted and unconvicted.

But then, not even 30 people of the thousands we informed, were willing to support our efforts to proceed with private criminal prosecution. Are we the only ones that want to see the criminals prosecuted? Or must we just let go and accept their crimes as it seems most of our members and you want us to do?

Or why are all of you not supporting us on your groups or with funds? Some groups even deleted my posts on their groups. Are you not agreeing with it, do you believe it should be done differently? How then? If you have a better plan, then put it on the table so that we can all support the better plan. We have always informed all of you and asked for input, and no-one ever suggested another avenue, except Reyno de Beer who believed our efforts might jeopardize theirs. We could not see how. Should we not charge them for crimes? Or what is the problem that we do not get your support? PLEASE give us an honest answer, because we must know and then decide now if we will have support to continue or not.

If we can collect enough funds, we can appoint expert criminal lawyers and they can do the best possible. We do not believe for a moment you must support US personally. We started the process, but to go privately, we need funds and experts.

So, all administrators of groups, please voice your opinions so that we can know if we have your support to continue or not. You want doctors and officials to speak up against the vaccines, but now that you can assist us to prosecute the criminals, you fail to stand up, make a sacrifice and support us. If you do not actively support the private criminal prosecution, God and ALL will know we have tried and were willing, but we did not get enough support from you and the public. All of us will one day give an account for our efforts and roles in this injustice. If we fail in this, we have the same hearts as those who failed Jesus when He was led to the slaughter. Sela. Please listen to the speech given by UK politician, Mr Neil Amvy, addressing the UK parliament on the dangers of the COVID vaccine based on evidence from the data, research by top academics and the observations of Prof Dalgleish, one of the top and most cited oncologists in the UK. The empty house is a clear reflection of how little the politicians in the UK and the rest of the world care about the health of their constituents.

IMPORTANT TO ALL THE JAB INJURED -

Only your actions to lay criminal charges can now make prosecution of the bioweapon / poison jab criminals possible. If successful, this will then hopefully make claims for compensation successful.

As stated before, you need to individually lay criminal charges against the government. STS cannot do it as an organization or on your behalf. We tried. The INDIVIDUAL who experienced the harm, can lay charges and institute private prosecution if the state does not investigate and prosecute. We need as many as possible of the jab injured to do it.

Attorney Riekie Erasmus is willing to help you with your affidavit about your jab injuries in order to lay individual criminal charges against the govt. If you do not have funds for an attorney, we can use the funds donated and currently available for the private criminal prosecution.

We are also compiling the evidence to support your charge that the government and whoever coerced or deceived you in getting the jab acted criminally by promoting, and administering an experimental "vaccine" as safe and effective whilst the government KNEW and were repeatedly informed that the jabs were toxic and not proven safe or effective. It is as criminal as when a factory keeps on advertizing and selling peanut butter as healthy and safe whilst they have not tested it or if they knew and were informed it was contaminated with fungi. The same if a meat factory would keep on advertising and selling or handing out Listeriosis contaminated meat whilst they knew and were informed that people were getting sick from the meat.

When we have drafted the layout of the proofs of criminal actions of the government, we will ask your inputs again.
