My primary objective is to fulfil my ethical, professional, and moral obligations as a medical professional. I am dutifully reporting and alerting the government of my observations following the administration of COVID poison shots i.e. “vaccinations,” which I observed as having harmful and even fatal consequences. These observations are substantiated by international literature, reinforcing the validity of my concerns regarding adverse events and fatalities post-jabbing. It is imperative that I do not remain silent in light of these findings, and that I am not swayed by your threats.

In light of the foregoing, I would strongly recommend that you advise your client on the appropriate approach to address credible, factual eyewitness allegations and charges of such a serious nature. This will help them prevent further harm to recipients of your clients’ poison shots and avoid potential significant legal consequences.

Furthermore, I am of the belief that your legal threats against me in an attempt to silence my voice are not only unlawful and unconstitutional but may also be construed as an endeavour to obstruct the pursuit of justice. A pernicious strand of legal proceedings, instituted by affluent parties to cow their critics into silence, is sweeping through the world, discouraging engagement on issues of public interest. These proceedings, termed strategic litigation against public participation (SLAPP) suits, have had deleterious effects on a range of rights, prompting civil society to push for targeted legislative protection against these lawsuits. After examining the phenomenon of SLAPP suits in South Africa and the inefficacy of existing protections, this article acknowledges that the enactment of anti-SLAPP legislation is necessary and considers what this legislation should look like in South Africa. However, since the experience of other jurisdictions reveals that anti-SLAPP laws have occasionally been ineffective or have been subverted to create further injustice, this article recommends a range of civil society initiatives that could be employed concomitantly with legislation to curb SLAPP suits.

The following prerequisites for such an umbrella / platform should be discussed:
1. Establish the common general unifying ethos and values. I propose the best is Biblical Values / Godly Values. This will ensure that we all adhere to an objective moral and ethical standard when evaluating and deciding on issues. Without it, we would rely solely on ever-changing opinions. The Quran also confirms the Torah and Gospels, thus supporting Biblical Values, which align with the beliefs of 80% of the SA population. Those opposing Biblical Values should specify WHICH specific values they do not agree with and we discuss those. It is the exclusion of Biblical Values that brought and allowed SA into the current mess.

VERSUS:
Secular or Team SA statement: “Uniting us all as we march forward together, bringing more people together, advancing beyond the line of evil, regardless of Beliefs, Religion, Culture, Ethnicity.”
?? Atheists, New Age, Satanism, abortion, paedophiles, evolution, humanism, self-defence, capital punishment, corporal punishment, sex education in schools, home schooling, gender fluidity and transition, trans-athletes, climate change, GMO, 5G, etc…??? Who decides where is the line? Only Biblical Values give best basis for success.

2. Discuss process, obstacles, objections, advantages, pre-conditions, achievability, alternatives already in existence, fundraising strategies and allocation of funds, the appointment of an executive committee, constitution drafting, and the need for a full-time manager. etc.

3. Decide on the NAME AND name and platform – e.g. TEAM SA, TIME2RISE, CCPAL, Nuweland, Jural Assembly, …. Other.

4. Establish Administrators’ discussion group – TG or WA?.

5. Select Steering committee or exco.

6. Identify facilitator / project manager with time and skill to drive unification / combination.
a. ??Financial support for manager.

7. Draft constitution.

8. Choose existing Platform with infrastructure OR create new platform:
a. Identify existing platforms and infrastructure – admins, expertise, bots,
b. Identify existing focus groups and decide on best descriptive names for focus groups.
c. Agree to collective administration of groups.
d. Creation date of the community and
e. Membership of group / community. Number of members, admins, and groups.
f. Ethos, goals, visions, and missions of the community.
g. Compliance with Biblical values or not and reasons.
h. Willingness to accommodate and consolidate with like-minded groups and communities and their admins.
i. Willingness to make all group admins administrators of the community and similar focus groups with equal rights.
j. Guarantee against removal of admins or groups without due process.

9. Project manager - Contact all group admins and negotiate combination and collective admin.

10. Future regular meetings and discussions to finalize unification.

11. All move to and join united community and focus groups of choice.

I am still awaiting your reasons for declining to prosecute. Can you please indicate where you are with the process and how much longer.
Please take note of this clip. This is confirming my charges of murder, a massacre and culpable homicide and it is confirmed by more and more undeniable local and international evidence. With all the evidence coming out and available, you cannot give any truthful, objective and honest reason not to prosecute. The facts will come out eventually and then your refusal to investigate and prosecute will be far worse than the Steve Biko cover up. We received bad and disappointing news last week – as we expected and alluded to after the hearing.
Our application for an urgent interdict to stop the poison shots and for Part B following was dismissed with costs. Our Part B was not even heard but dismissed!
Now that the verdict is out, we can speak out.
We are preparing an interim and detailed report. Will post it as soon as ready.
