I attach my SECOND SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT REGARDING CRIMINAL CHARGES AT SAPS TONGAAT REFERENCE NUMBER: CAS 215/4/2023. I wrote this affidavit to highlight the magnitude and solidity of the first hand evidence of harm and deaths caused by the covid injections, and which is ongoing, and the justification and necessity for the SAPS to act urgently in view of such evidence. I hope it helps to better inform SAPS and the DPP to act as a matter of urgency and not to see the charges as non-urgent and not serious enough for immediate action.

The US Appeals court ruled that the FDA is not a physician to advise doctors or patients on how to treat patients. The FDA, it turns out, enjoys sovereign immunity for misinformation. This is a most bizarre law because it is expected that the scientists appointed to work for the FDA should be highly qualified and should be subjected to the same laws governing any doctor or scientist. Any doctor or scientist, who is guilty of deliberately issuing false information, like the FDA scientists did on Ivermectin, should be immediately stripped of his/her registration. The scientists working for regulatory authorities or for any company are not holy cows that they should not be accountable to the law or public.

The FDA's callous tweet, "you'll not horses" is an utterly disgusting tweet that had the highest viewership in it's history. The FDA staff gloated about the popularity of this heinous post, which is an absolute shame.
Other health authorities in the world need to take heed of the comments by the appellate judeges that regulatory authorities like the FDA have no jurisdiction over doctors in how to treat their patients.
This is particularly true when it comes to repurposed drugs.

I sincerely hope that this ruling will serve as a wake up call to all other regulatory authorities in the world, medical and hospital boards, medical doctors, who have blindly listened or adhered to the advice of regulatory authorities like FDA,AAPHRA, TGA, SAPHRA. Doctors have an inherent right to use their discretion on how to treat a patient, especially during an emergency, as enshrined in the Helsinki declaration.
Quite clearly, during Covid, all these regulatory authorities have lost the respect of the general public and, I am sure, a vast number of medical professionals around the world for going beyond their bounds of authority during the plandemic.

All of these institutions must be fully investigated for interfering with the rights of doctors on how to practice medicine; their scientists should be investigated for conflict of interest and dismissed immediately, if found guilty.

The STS case was concluded in unexpected quick time. We await the verdict. 

Sorry, I cannot not give you good news. To be honest, I am very downcast, dumbstruck, heart broken, .... I can hardly believe what I witnessed today. God knows I / we tried and my conscience is clear. 

I will leave it at that and with God. He will righteously judge every word and deed. I will continue running the race He gave me. 

Thank you for all your support and prayers. You and I will need more in the days ahead and especially wisdom to DO what is needed and right.

We are compiling a more detailed report. It will be difficult without incriminating people which we do not want to do before the verdict. I can say this, the judge was very good and fair and was searching to establish the truth. Thankfully no problem there. 🙏 Regards, Faan O
