I was informed on 6/7/2023 by SMS that you will investigate my case TONGAAT ref nr CAS 215/4/2023. Unit contact details: 031-3254825.
If have phoned this number numerous times but only got a busy or faulty beep. I then asked the Tongaat SAPS for your cell number so that I may contact you.
I trust you have read my affidavit submitted 2 months ago. Reading my affidavit, you should realize the enormity and seriousness of the charges – and therefore the urgency, even if it is not treated as such in the media and by government. I am seriously concerned about the delay in criminal investigation of possible murder, culpable homicide, assault, fraud, perjury, etc. People are being damaged and killed, but no real action is taken.
I have subsequently drafted a SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT with much more serious charges and new evidence of criminality related to the covid vaccines. Pfizer’s own documents which they submitted to the authorities, contain evidence that millions of people, i.e. 3% of all recipients, will be killed by the vaccine, 80% of pregnancies are lost and the fertility of many men and women are seriously damaged, resulting in infertility and childlessness! It is destroying families! However, they still give it to the public. This is mass murder and criminal. This is a deliberate BIOWEAPON for eugenics and genocide! We cannot allow it to continue. This if far worse than apartheid crimes or Naziism or the Rwandan Genocide or the recent Cholera outbreak from contaminated drinking water. SAPS MUST prevent further damage, protect the public, confiscate the alleged poison and thoroughly investigate this, charge and prosecute the guilty.
I need to get this supplementary affidavit on the docket as soon as possible. I wanted to submit it to the detectives in Tongaat, but they said I must wait until an investigating officer is appointed. I will also WhatsApp a copy of the supplementary affi to you.
How can we arrange that you get this signed supplementary affidavit and add it to the docket?
We also have several people who offered to assist SAPS wherever possible to obtain justice.
I cannot plead seriously enough that you as SAPS please deal with this case with the seriousness and urgency it deserves - for the sake of the lives and health of millions of trusting but mislead SA citizens.

This is better news but still sad as it is 9 months after our application for an urgent court interdict, whilst less serious cases and less urgent cases were heard urgently. The US Appeals court ruled that the FDA is not a physician to advise doctors or patients on how to treat patients. The FDA, it turns out, enjoys sovereign immunity for misinformation. This is a most bizarre law because it is expected that the scientists appointed to work for the FDA should be highly qualified and should be subjected to the same laws governing any doctor or scientist. Any doctor or scientist, who is guilty of deliberately issuing false information, like the FDA scientists did on Ivermectin, should be immediately stripped of his/her registration. The scientists working for regulatory authorities or for any company are not holy cows that they should not be accountable to the law or public.

The FDA's callous tweet, "you'll not horses" is an utterly disgusting tweet that had the highest viewership in it's history. The FDA staff gloated about the popularity of this heinous post, which is an absolute shame.
Other health authorities in the world need to take heed of the comments by the appellate judeges that regulatory authorities like the FDA have no jurisdiction over doctors in how to treat their patients.

I sincerely hope that this ruling will serve as a wake up call to all other regulatory authorities in the world, medical and hospital boards, medical doctors, who have blindly listened or adhered to the advice of regulatory authorities like FDA,AAPHRA, TGA, SAPHRA. Doctors have an inherent right to use their discretion on how to treat a patient, especially during an emergency, as enshrined in the Helsinki declaration.
Quite clearly, during Covid, all these regulatory authorities have lost the respect of the general public and, I am sure, a vast number of medical professionals around the world for going beyond their bounds of authority during the plandemic.

All of these institutions must be fully investigated for interfering with the rights of doctors on how to practice medicine; their scientists should be investigated for conflict of interest and dismissed immediately, if found guilty.
