SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES

Dear Colleagues,

We need your help and inputs in this truly life-threatening issues to mankind, animals, birds and insects. Please assist this endeavour for the greater purpose of fighting a truly genocidal global enemy. The globalists are set on continuing their genocide, but we cannot remain silent or passive.

As you may be aware, I have laid criminal charges on 25/4/2023 at the Durban North SAPS against Dr. Nicholas Crisp (department of health), Dr. Semete-Makokotlela of SAHPRA and Ismail Momoniat of Treasury and their heads and colleagues. It was due to their criminal actions i.e. fraud, murder, culpable homicide, perjury, and false statements in their answering affidavits and against many others who co-operated and conspired with them. The case has now been referred to the specialized crime unit.

Then on 13/5 I sent out a memo asking anyone with evidence of criminal or civil wrongful actions which can be prosecuted, to submit it to Riekie Erasmus, but she has not received any.

On 24/5 I started drafting this attached SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT CRIMINAL CHARGES for further criminal charges with more and new information that became available regarding the damage to pregnancies and more. As it progressed, I felt more and more angered by the criminality of everything. Riekie Erasmus read the affidavit and made some adjustments. It is now ready to be submitted.

THE EVIDENCE OF CRIMINALITY CAN BE EXPANDED AND THERE ARE STILL MORE ISSUES, TOPICS AND ACTIONS THAT MUST ALSO BE PROSECUTED CRIMINALLY e.g. information of cojab deaths and injuries you personally know of, especially after the warnings of harm and Cease-and-Desist notices were sent to the DoH and preferably from victims who must also give consent for the info to be given to the SAPS to investigate; Promoting and mandating a vaccine with these known high risks of damage for a condition with a very low mortality rate in the healthy population is criminal; Promoting a harmful vaccine for children for no benefits and with practically zero risk of death from covid is a criminal offence; Continued promotion and supplying of a “vaccine” with a high risk of damage, which was developed for extinct strains and which are ineffective against latest strains, is fraudulent and criminal conduct; Withholding, obstructing and discrediting safe alternative life saving treatment and promoting the poisonous “vaccine” as the only solution resulting in harm and death is a criminal offence; Conspiracy, corruption, bribery, perverse incentives, fraud, perjury, conflict of interest, complicity, negligence in official duties, vicarious liability, etc, to commit, ignore or allow the above crimes.

Please read the charges and see if and where you are able to expand the criminal charges with more information and evidence of criminality which you may have available. If you have such info and evidence available, please draft your affidavit and send to Riekie Erasmus and me to add to my criminal charges. We will need to spoon-feed the criminal investigators because they know the topic far less than we do. You can also put it on this group for others to read.

OTHER POSSIBLE COLLABORATORS: If you know of other experts who might be able and willing to collaborate to strengthen the evidence and case with their knowledge or expertise, please ask them to contribute what they can. We especially need researchers to dedicate time to do deep investigations into and to take actions against 5G, which is far more dangerous and significant to all of us than the covid injections.

I was informed on 6/7/2023 by SMS that you will investigate my case TONGAAT ref nr CAS 215/4/2023. Unit contact details: 031-3254825.
If have phoned this number numerous times but only got a busy or faulty beep. I then asked the Tongaat SAPS for your cell number so that I may contact you.
I trust you have read my affidavit submitted 2 months ago. Reading my affidavit, you should realize the enormity and seriousness of the charges – and therefore the urgency, even if it is not treated as such in the media and by government. I am seriously concerned about the delay in criminal investigation of possible murder, culpable homicide, assault, fraud, perjury, etc. People are being damaged and killed, but no real action is taken.
I have subsequently drafted a SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT with much more serious charges and new evidence of criminality related to the covid vaccines. Pfizer’s own documents which they submitted to the authorities, contain evidence that millions of people, i.e. 3% of all recipients, will be killed by the vaccine, 80% of pregnancies are lost and the fertility of many men and women are seriously damaged, resulting in infertility and childlessness! It is destroying families! However, they still give it to the public. This is mass murder and criminal. This is a deliberate BIOWEAPON for eugenics and genocide! We cannot allow it to continue. This if far worse than apartheid crimes or Naziism or the Rwandan Genocide or the recent Cholera outbreak from contaminated drinking water. SAPS MUST prevent further damage, protect the public, confiscate the alleged poison and thoroughly investigate this, charge and prosecute the guilty.
I need to get this supplementary affidavit on the docket as soon as possible. I wanted to submit it to the detectives in Tongaat, but they said I must wait until an investigating officer is appointed. I will also WhatsApp a copy of the supplementary affi to you.
How can we arrange that you get this signed supplementary affidavit and add it to the docket?
We also have several people who offered to assist SAPS wherever possible to obtain justice.
I cannot plead seriously enough that you as SAPS please deal with this case with the seriousness and urgency it deserves - for the sake of the lives and health of millions of trusting but mislead SA citizens.

This was received from our attorney Riekie Erasmus. Finally a date for a hearing on 6-8 September was agreed upon with the respondents and proposed to the DJP. This is better news but still sad as it is 9 months after our application for an urgent court interdict, whilst less serious cases and less urgent cases were heard urgently. "Justice delayed is justice denied." But we keep hope...

I wrote this affidavit to highlight the magnitude and solidity of the first hand evidence of harm and deaths caused by the covid injections, and which is ongoing, and the justification and necessity for the SAPS to act urgently in view of such evidence. I hope it helps to better inform SAPS and the DPP to act as a matter of urgency and not to see the charges as non-urgent and not serious enough for immediate action.
