С 1 сентября 2026 года продажа аккаунтов соцсетей и мессенджеров в России стала уголовно и административно рискованной: штраф до 700 тысяч рублей, принудительные работы или лишение свободы до 2–3 лет. Если через аккаунт украдут деньги, продавца могут записать в соучастники мошенничества по ст. 159 УК РФ с риском до 10 лет.

Playbook: rebuilding a Threads draft library after a scheduler logs you out
Learned this the hard way: a session-based tool dropped my connection and 40 drafts vanished from the dashboard. Tested the recovery for 6 days.
— Don't reconnect immediately. First check if drafts live server-side (Metricool, Publer) or only in your browser session (cheaper tools). The latter are gone.
— Pull your own RSS or X archive if you cross-post. Most lost drafts were repurposed from there anyway.
— Re-enter via the official Meta API path, not the quick "log in with Threads" popup that caused the drop.
— Re-create 5 drafts, then wait 24h. Confirm they persist before rebuilding all 40.
— Going forward, export drafts weekly to a CSV. Treat the tool as cache, not storage.
The standout lesson: pay for API-backed tools. Annoying limit: no tool offers draft version history yet.
Verdict: Skip any session-token scheduler for drafts.

— Use the tool's chain feature, not seven scheduled singles. Replies-to-self keep them threaded; separate posts don't connect.
— Cap each post at 480 characters even though the limit is 500. The last line gets clipped in-feed otherwise.
— Drop the blog link only in post 7, as a reply. Links in post 1 suppress reach.
Hypefury's standout is auto-chaining replies in sequence. Starts at 19 USD/mo. Annoying limit: it schedules the chain as one block, so you can't space posts hours apart.
Verdict: Worth it for serial posters; Wait if you space chains out.

Telegram serverless вышел в открытый бета-тест
Telegram запустил serverless-серверы для ботов, но в CPA и iGaming-задачах они полезны только для простых webhook-сценариев: приветствие, короткий диалог, выдача ссылки. Для приёма заявок, публичных URL и работы с медиа функция не подходит, поэтому практической пользы для вайт-проектов и Tg Ads почти нет.

Компании запретили использовать название Twitter, но разрешили символику
Суд в Делавере запретил стартапу использовать бренд Twitter: посчитал, что это вводит в заблуждение и нарушает права X на товарный знак. При этом X не удалось заблокировать слово Tweet и старый логотип с птицей — суд счёл, что после ребрендинга в X эти марки фактически заброшены. Решение пока предварительное и может быть оспорено.
