Problem Solved.
Needs to be done manually!

Solution : After turning Inline Mode on, go to back to settings. There will be 2 new buttons just below Inline Mode named 'Inline Location Data' and 'Inline Feedback'.
Tap on 'Inline Feedback' and then change it from 0℅ to 100℅.
Now the bot will work fine.

Reason : Telegram provides the bot updates on everything user does. But Inline Mode is kinda special. When you choose a result from Inline Mode and send it to someone, the bot doesn't get update if Inline Feedback is 0℅ i.e. disabled. So it needs to be 100℅ to get updates.

Readme : I've added this step on GitHub Readme too now so others don't have any problems

Made a bot which connects to Github using webhooks and to a server for payload url using Django.

Couldn't figure out how to use pyrogram in async way along with Django so used directly raw telegram api with a webhook for updates on the server.

It'll tell you about all new events like, new star, new fork, new commit, new issue, new comment on these, etc (total 13 features till now)

But its not yet ready for production as I did most settings for personal use. So it may take some time to make it suitable for production with heroku or nginx for everyone. That would be surely my best bot. I'll make it open source when it's ready.
