Mako's birthday was not so long ago, though I missed it, but I wanted to use it as some excuse to retrace some of the many many drawings that went towards not only creating them but also part of the journey they accompanied me with :3

I am very proud of my goofball, they're my pride and joy and the connection I feel with them I could never explain properly
