We want to be so gentle with ourselves and one another today.
We want to breathe deep and slow and full, and stretch and relax our bodies.
We want to let our minds sink into the softness of being held by the loving world... and resolve into clarity of recognition, increased understanding, spirit and material strengthening.
We want to feel ourselves as part of what is much greater than us, what in each of us is most expensive, most interconnective, and very quiet. Very still. With ancient, incrementally nutritive slowness, cycling and chambering tremendous power together. Feeling ourselves fully rooted, part of the body of the ground. Knowing that our channels are sound.
And then somehow releasing the words, traveling deeply into a different kind of language made of subtle sensations, spoken images, and formative physical experiences.
This medicine is infinite.
