All my cells and organs function perfectly.
Each cell in my body is an expression of perfect health, vitality and well-being.
Each cell in my body is replenishing, repairing and replacing according to the perfection
of my original divine eight-cell blueprint.
Each organ in my body functions at peak efficacy taking me deeper into Divine Love,
taking me deeper into the knowing of myself as a sacred Flame of Divinity.

As I hold the essence of my Divinity, the knowing of my innocence and purity,
I am ready to heal old wounds, I am ready to release, embrace and let go of my addictions, my pain and my wounds, as I deepen into my beautiful Inner Temple of Divine Love.

I am committed to releasing unforgiveness and resentment and blame and judgment.
I am committed to transforming every relationship I have,
as I meet each perceived challenge with compassion, insight and
understanding.

I walk the Path of Love as the Light of God I Am. I breathe in Love and breathe out Love.
I accept and appreciate my uniqueness and magnificence. Divinely supported, deeply loved and celebrated on every level of my beingness,
I choose to Love myself, all parts of myself which are uniquely and
authentically mine. I AM All That I AM.

I listen to the universe, as I surrender to Love. I ask in this Now moment to experience the next level of soul’s forward evolution with as much grace and ease and Love and abundance and manifestation and well-being as I can possibly experience as I say to the Universe “Bring it on.”

My Heart of Divine Love holds no judgment only observational awareness.
In judgment I respond according to my false beliefs with a closed heart,
and in observational awareness my heart remains open and my response is neutral.
I come from this place that allows me to express my thoughts
and feelings with clarity and compassion, truth and understanding no matter how they are perceived by others. I stand fast in the Light of God as an open heart in this Golden Age of Light.
I experience the Witnessing Presence of my Beloved I Am. I observe my beliefs prior to responding, prior to reacting,
knowing all is Love, all is Love.
I take a moment now simply to acknowledge myself as Love, knowing I AM Love, as I say to myself:
“I Love you”, giving my full name now, “I Love you, I Love you.”
I breathe in Love and I breathe out Love.

AFFIRMATIONS FOR BALANCING WITH THE ELEMENTAL ENERGIES
SPIRIT

I request to be in balance with Spirit .
I wish to be connected to my Heart ,
and let every breath I take pass through it
and radiate Universal Love , Joy and Peace.
I know that "All is One" and I live in Harmony and Respect with all life .
I walk my path in confidence, following my Heart's guidance.
I request to re-connect with the Love and Joy at my Heart's core
that is the essence of Who I Am .
I Release all fear and all judgment,
I release the hold of the mind and the ego .
I Surrender to the flow of Spirit in my life,
let me feel the Joy and the Love in all that is .
I Know that all else is illusion.

FIRE
I request to be balanced with the element of fire ,
to feel a sense of Motivation and Enthusiasm for all life.
I am filled with energy and light and I feel Joy.
I release all anger and panic ,
as I find it easy to forgive and let go.
I will not fall into judgment to justify my lack of movement and growth.
I Release to the fire all that I no longer need in my life,
and I ask that the transformative power of Fire
reconnect me with my Passion and Joy
and to ignite that spark of Light that is within me .

WATER
I request to be balanced with the element of water
so that I may demonstrate qualities of Nurturing,
Caring, Gentleness and Sharing.
I feel Trust and Acceptance,
I will live in Grace and Gratitude, with Calmness and Serenity.
I feel Unconditional Love at all times.
I request the element of Water to reconnect me to my Grace and Serenity.
I Open my Heart to the flow of water,
that I might feel the essence of Nurturing, Love and Gentleness,
deep in my Being,
and that I may live in Grace , Calm and Peace.

AIR
I request to be in balance with the element of Air ,
So I may feel Optimistic , Hopeful and Centered.
I will be Flexible in my responses to life's challenges,
and I accept the process of change and growth with Joy.
I see change as a blessing,
no matter how it may appear in my life,
for I perceive the inner blessings.
Let the element of Air allow
for Movement, Shifts,
and cultivate Flexibility of Spirit and Trust
in the processes of Spiritual Evolution and Growth.
Let me hear others, and they will hear me.
I Ask that Air teach me to be flexible and graceful
and to bend with the wind like a reed,
so that I may gain inner strength and resilience.
I Ask Air that I may soar like an eagle on the spirals of wind
and see the Truth that is my Truth and the Love of All that Is.

EARTH
I request that my Earth energy be in balance.
My life is Structured and Ordered
and I experience physical Abundance and Joy.
I feel Secure and Safe on Earth,
and I trust that what I need will be provided.
I enjoy being in my Body, and I feel Health and Vitality.
I honor and care for my Physical Body with love and nurturing.
I honor my physical environment,
and I will live with Simplicity and Grace and Beauty.
Simple things give me pleasure.
I request to regain my Earth balance with the Earth elementals
and ask to be re-connected to the Earth that is within me.
I Ask for the aspect of "grounding" in my life,
so that I may manifest and create in a grounded way,
and that I may enjoy life in a physical body, to the fullest.
And So It Is !

I choose to heal all fear, trauma, and limitation standing in the way of my fulfilling my highest potential and purpose in this lifetime. I ask that my higher self and I am presence, in co-creation with the elemental, angelic, ascended, cosmic, and ancestral realms, assist me in healing, transmuting, and transcending all fear, limitation, separation, and amnesia preventing me from embodying my full, integrated sacred masculine and sacred feminine power, love, and wisdom.

I ask that my higher self and I am presence direct my healing such that I embody and offer the optimal vibration in any circumstance; that I manifest optimal health and wholeness in and through my physical, emotional, mental, and etheric bodies; that I fluidly evolve according to my path and purpose; that I awaken to and regain all the memories and gifts held in my causal body; that I function with energy, clarity, balance, effectiveness, and efficiency in the changing energetics of Earth; that I integrate the healing, its lessons, and its energy in the most beneficial way possible; and that all this unfolds at the most conducive yet expeditious pace possible.

I intend that in healing myself in this now moment, I heal other aspects of myself across time and space, as well as splintered aspects of other consciousness trapped in time who, through the domino effect, will attain the freedom to return to where they belong, to heal, and to contribute to the unity we seek to cocreate in order to graduate from this plane and take our next evolutionary steps.

I offer healing, compassion, and forgiveness wherever it is needed or wanted to free all aspects of consciousness, including my own, to allow all to return to its natural order in wholeness and unity.
