Now we are using MongoDB to Store the file_id in database

Changes we made:
* Using File_ID to get the file
* Added /myfiles command to manage your file
* Changed Download Link Path

As I told previously
I will stop renewing my VPS, Bot will keep running for next July 23 after that bot will stop working forever

You can get you file using /myfiles command
/myfiles -> your_file_name -> Get File
or
by sending the download link to the bot

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that, as previously mentioned, I will be discontinuing the operations of my Bot Public Link Generator on July 22, 2023.

The reason behind this decision is that Heroku, the platform I have been using to host the bot, stopped providing its free plan on November 28, 2022. Since then, I have been running the bot on a paid VPS (Virtual Private Server). However, as a student without a stable income, I am unable to afford the ongoing costs of maintaining the VPS.

If you have any files stored within the bot, I strongly recommend that you retrieve them promptly using the "/myfiles" command. While I cannot guarantee the availability of your files after July 22nd, you can still attempt to access them before the specified date.

I apologize for any inconvenience this discontinuation may cause, and I am grateful for the support you have shown throughout the bot's existence.
