Patton’s “accidents occurred on a narrow road in his armored sedan with a new who drove slowly and cautiously.
A truck T-boned the. Sedan, reportedly causing Patton to be flung about, breaking his neck. Neither the driver nor his fellow passenger suffered serious injuries.
Damage to the sedan was marginal.
The Hospital where Patton was treated was a former barn. His hospital room was a former horse stall.
There was no Military Police investigation, nor were the driver of the truck and his joy-riding passenger charged; both disappeared.
Knowledgeable folks, including my father (later a Provost Marshal) and a friend of Patton’s son, advised this was an OSS assassination - ordered from Washington.

Patton was humiliated by this assault on WW1 Vets (he was a WW1 Vet - under the command of MacArthur) had he refused MacArthur’s orders, he would have been court martialed - ending his career.
Meanwhile, MacArthur relished his role in attacking the WW1 Vets who were demanding their WW1 bonuses to feed their families.
- Mac was the “Governor General of Japan”,
creating MITI
(the Ministry of International Trade and Industry)
- which integrated Japanese Industrial companies under Rockefeller’s control)
Mac was Rockefeller’s Pawn!
Patton was loved by his troops
MacArthur was despised!
(During the Korean War, MacArthur never set foot in Korea, remaining safe and secure in his office in Tokyo.
(At the end of the Korean War,
MacArthur refused to force the recovery of US POWs,
many of whom were processed through Soviet Psychological Manipulation procedures
(the Basis for the first “Manchurian Candidate” movie w Frank Sinatra.)
President Truman ended MacArthur’s arrogance and political aspirations - a blow to the Deep State and our communist News Media

The rationale that that General Marshall used, as well as Ike, decided that to bring Patton’s body back to America would open the door to 10s of thousands of demands to bring the bodies of loved ones home for burial.
(As it worked out, our soldiers are buried in foreign manicured cemeteries - much nicer than the weed infested national US cemeteries filled with trash and overturned headstones.)
That was the official reason.
Unofficially, both Parties worried that the return of Patton’s corpse would require a national ceremony, honoring him as a national hero.
That was unacceptable, since the Deep State/News Media would have to explain Patton’s execution by the OSS - proving embarrassing to Ike - the People’s (I.e., the Shadow Government).
(Patton’s wife was buried with him when she died some years later.
(Our historical web Media is carefully deleting all references to Patton; according to popular references, Major General Eisenhower, single-handedly, won all the battles of North Africa. No mention of Patton!
(Essentially, Ike was a REMF for his entire career)
