They also do special research projects which are free to the requesting Member of Congress.

I wrote about this following the murder of Chandra by Clinton executioners.

Chandra was having an affair with a conservative California Congressman Gary Condit (d/CA) who sat on the HIPSCI, and wa investigating Clinton’s linkage to Clinticides; when he demanded Clinton come clean on his affair with Monica Lewinsky, the Clintons added him to their “enemies” list

They murdered Chandra and aimed the Press at Condit - destroying his political career - stopping short of killing him.

But, they destroyed him politically.

(The police investigation of Levy’s murder was bogus, from start to finish, even after Condit was completely exonerated)
