and multiple watch towers.
Why are FEMA officers ARMED?
Why were FEMA officers arrested in FL for looting?

10 years after I FOIA’d CIA and DIA field reports I created in the 1960-70s, I was told they didn’t exist
- even though I cited them by DTG, Subject, Report #, and office from which dispatched.
Neither agency, after 2000, released any field reporting, violating federal law.
