This comes as news to me - and perhaps many others.
News reports blame "drought", but what's causing the drought?
Shall we say
1) GEO-ENGINEERING?
2) DAMS?
3) WATER SHEDS?
I'm no weather or water management expert, so I tend toward common sense questions.
Here are some basic facts about the Mississippi:
1) 2,300 miles long
2) drains 1.2 million square miles
3) sourced from 31 states and two Canadian provinces
4) 7,000 rivers, including the Missouri and Ohio, feed the Mississippi
5) Indirect sourcing comes from two Great Lakes
a) Lake Superior has a max depth of more than 1,200 feet
(1) 2,900 cubic miles of fresh water
(2) Max depth 1,200 feet
(3) feeds Lakes Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario
(4) Less than 1% of the Lake Water is drained annually
6) Rainfall has decreased, reducing the volume of the Mississipi
That's a lot of fresh water, which theoretically should keep the Mississippi flowing.
1) Theoretically, a good water management system could route
water from Lake Superior to the Mississippi
2) Watersheds could maintain water for farming and other use, as needed
3) Routing water collected in major storms [e.g., hurricanes]
could feed watersheds or be routed to more arid areas.
I'm sure a great deal of thought has been given this issue by the Corps of Engineers - and yet we go through these cycles of drought and panic on a
regular basis. Rather than planning, the process seems to be REACTIONARY
rather than FORWARD PLANNING.
From a Conspiracy Theorist perspective, rumors of geo-engineering to create
water scarcity seem all to plausible now, and my faith in the Corps of Engineers
is waning.
[Disclaimer: I started my Military career as a graduate of the Army Engineer
School, but shifted into Military Intelligence]
I'll be happy to entertain your thoughts and comments.

A few years ago, I was consulting with a traffic management company in AZ whose supply chain was crippled every year
(3-5 weeks) during the Chinese New Year;
The Chinese supplied all the semi-conductors for the traffic controls - essentially degrading their production/service repair schedules.
Other than shoddy product, the delays were unacceptable; so, I asked why they didn't buy locally in the US.
The response was, of course, it was cheaper to order from China! [oh, and their Procurement Officer's wife was from China,
and she had arranged the contracts] and besides, the semi-conductors were not available in the US].
So, I arranged with my intern [a Computer Engineering PhD student] to poke around AZ to find local sourcing.
1) Within a week, we found several semi-conductor suppliers within 20 miles of the company; the local prices, when factoring
shipping times and costs, were superior to those in China;
2) We took samples from each local company, and tested them alongside the Chinese products and found all the US components
superior, with no defects (where the Chinese failure rate was roughly 40%).
3) We placed an order for the US components with a test run of four weeks -- with no failure for the US products.
I then placed a six-month order with or selected US supplier with almost immediate delivery.
[I fired the procurement officer and suggested he relocate to China with his wife.]
There is NOTHING produced in China that can't be produced cost-effectively in the US if there is an existing [or potential] demand!
[By the way: the AZ company was purchased for #1.2 BILLION by a major Fortune 500 company.]
[Also, BTW, my advice (mirroring Trump's advice to US manufacturers) to the CEO of a major grill company was
for him to shift to US-made components; he scoffed and said the company didn't need to use US manufacturers.
Oddly, after experiencing a shortage of components [due to the Chinese New Year production - and shipping delays from China}
the grill company sales dropped significantly and the Board of Directors fired him. (I had no sympathy for him).].
-----
My advice to American manufacturers is to BUY AMERICAN!
The supply chain is efficient, and quality control is governed by repeat contracts.
It ain't rocket science!

Truth clipped my comment on this before forwarding it
(Iβm having a bit of a battle w a Truth exec (@Josh) who may be a Twitter exile disrupting my posts on Truth)
My comment on Lauraβs post was essentially that Iβm pleased sheβs a great voice exposing corruption, especially on Adrenochrome as the Youth serum for luminaries ( and royalty for centuries).
It seems true journalists are emerging from the shadows to once again speak out and publish truth about corruption (and Satanism).

Great find!
I have to wonder at the number of βTime Travelersβ whose predictions of future events were timely an on target.
For grins, Iβd like to see what the girl at Fatima actually had to say about @the Third Secretβ
It seems there were a great many battles at the Vatican between Cardinals and Popes
And among the Cardinals as to content and when to actually release the content
( it was supposed to be released in 1960; but, give rumors that the Third Secret of Fatima predicted that the Vatican would become corrupted and the Pope would actually be the Anti-Christ.
Given what weβve learned in recent times about a Pope documented as a Nazi SS soldier, and another as a pedophile (Red Shoes are the skin of sacrificed children).
Iβd say weβre in the midst of that prediction.

This is an extension of the hybrid concept which uses bot a small gasoline engine which propels the car braking becomes the force to charge the battery
(My old Ford Fusion gets about 40+ mpg with this structure)
This fellow takes it one step further, minimizing gasoline consumption.

The one page theory derives from a directive by a cardinal, supposedly speaking for the pope to the girl who had become nun.
Analysis of the page indicated it was not indicative of her style and appeared to have been crafted by someone else.
There was also one other sheet which provided some nasty predictions - but no one is sure that was hers either.
The popes werenβt interested in living up to the tastings of the spiritual Virgin Mary, so we remain with a mystery.
One theory is that the last several popes were essentially the Anti-Christ β thus the Red Slippers made from the skin of a baby.
Then again, the Vatican is rumored to be less than a holy place these days with some very bad actors.
I think there are three books written about the third secret, so Iβll have to read them and give you an opinion.
