Copy it and run it through CARFAX.

It should give you the history and current owner - perhaps a Private Eye if the plate was purchased on eBay.

If it’s owned by a private individual, report it to the local cops who will have fun jerking this clown’s chain.

If it’s owned by the government, publicize it here and we’ll give the parent agency some notoriety.

The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Bill Clark) was monitoring the situation; several of these colonels (Class of ‘66)were then removed from the Army, as was the commandant of Walter Reed.
One of those colonels was my son’s godfather ( he chose his class allegiance over his godson; I had previously arranged his selection as 82d Abn Division Chief of Staff - a stepping stone to Brigadier.)

I grew up as an Army brat and was surrounded by superb officers (e.g., Patton’s son, Bill Yarborough (founder of the Green Berets), and many more from WW2.

So, there was never a question on “doing the right thing”

Naturally, I made a few enemies, but other than GHWBush, no one was able to hamper me.

Bush became a mortal enemy once he realized I had all the evidence pieces which could end in his conviction and execution.

That is an ungodly situation;
The VA made great strides under Trump, and I think they may still have merit.

There are a (very) few law firms who can help, and their fees are part of the VA financial settlement.

Depending if your political rep or Senator is responsive, the VA will respond in kind.
(Most senators are worthless)

I knew a VA psychiatrist who advised that the very few psychiatrists at VA are overwhelmed, each trying to treat dozens of patients, mostly with no time for follow-up.
The result is incomplete, ineffective treatment.

He also advised that the suicide rate for VA psychiatrists is massive due to their unresolved frustration of their inability to administer proper treatment.

I’ll see if I can find a solution.
