Mine included (1981-83)
a) graduate studies at Georgetown/Oxford U in Developmental Economics/International Finance
b) assignment to State Dept [INR] as a financial analyst briefing SecState Haig and Schultz on international vulnerabilities
c) mentoring by former DCI Vernon Walters [then Reagan's Ambassador at Large]
d) sponsorship by the newly formed Georgetown CSIS [Center for Strategic and International Studies]
e) travel to countries in varying stages of development in Asia, Africa, and Latin America along with a senior exec from Westinghouse
f) Creating assessments on political/economic stability of countries during stages of development
(1) Fourth World "Emerging Technology"
(2) Third World economic instability
(3) Third World Stability based on Foreign Private Investment
(4) Third World countries influenced by [communist] "Liberation Theology"

During my Program, I created a series of "stability assessments" on countries of interest for the National Security Council,
the DOD Office of Net Assessments, and, of course, for the DCI.

During my travels, I interviewed both Embassy and Private Sector corporate execs to gain their perspectives and materials.
With sponsorship by CSIS and SecState, I met with US ambassadors worldwide [and arranged for the dismissal of several in
my after-action reports
[e.g.,
(1) holdover Mike Mansfield ignored US human slavery in Japan (women recruited, then enslaved by
the entertainment "industry".
(2) newly appointed ambassador to Chile
[a pompous professor, despised by his staff & Chilean officials) his term was somewhat abbreviated; his name was removed by State]

[the Director of CSIS (David Abshire) was the Reagan confidante who selected ambassador "candidates"; he also
introduced me to Senators Helms and Goldwater, who managed the Senate approval of the ambassadors (support on which
I was able to capitalize later when I formed the basis for the DCS.]

Although my initial Program was not quite so comprehensive, as it developed, more facets opened, and my original DCI budget was
matched by the Army so I could expand my research.

As luck would have it, when the CIA/DDO-LA [Dewey Clarridge) asked Ambassador Walters for his recommendation on a "spook" to join the SouthCom staff (as "Special Intelligence Advisor")to rebuild both CIA and Military Intelligence operations, Walters recommended that I was best suited for the job based on my extensive understanding of the region, my language skills, my in-depth knowledge of Noriega, and the fact that all CIA/MI clandestine/covert ops had been terminated by the Church Committee. That went well until VP Bush manipulated and promoted the Iran-Contra scheme which ended badly, causing Reagan to face impeachment charges (which would have moved Bush to the POTUS slot).

Since I had completed my original mission in 1984 of re-establishing Clandestine operations [leaving CIA to run Covert ops out of Langley (which ended in prison terms for the offenders - including Clarridge), I returned to DOD to create the DCS using a Senate-confirmed strategic plan called Plan Green.

I’d appreciate your continuing your tracking the identity of these planes;
Please publish your list.

There may be enough to create a blog of some depth that our readers can then reference when they complain to their political reps and governors.

Don’t forget, governors command their Air National Guard, and can give orders to interdict and shoot down these Chemtrail planes.

By posting the ownership of the planes and the names of the pilots/flight crew, they can be forewarned by governors that they will be targeted if they continue creating Chemtrails over State airspace.

Keep in mind that analyses so far have identified the Chemtrail contents as poisoning our farmland - and citizens.

As best I can determine, the Chemtrail program purpose is GeoEngineering
— but NOT to our benefit!

When I began closing my Pp account, I found it was linked to several of my bank accounts and credit cards, meaning that they could draw in those accounts to pay that $2,500 “penalty” - and you would have no recourse.

It appears there is no legal basis for the Ukraine vs Russia War.

I believe the precedent here was the US Civil War in which the Confederacy was created by Southern States fed up with Northern economic sanctions
- thus the South referred to the struggle as the
“War of Northern Aggression”!

The Confederacy failed to achieve legal status as a separate country, even with UK support providing arms and supplies to the Confederacy
( to weaken the US and gain economic advantage against the North’s Industrial state).

Both Lincoln and Lee were aware of this issue, but could not end the rebellion (per their pre-War agreement) since the North’s Military-Industrial Complex found the war to be quite profitable - and determined to continue it.

(When Lincoln declared to Lee and Davis that he would rebuild the South, the “Deep State” had Lincoln executed so their puppet (Johnson) could become POTUS and carry out the total economic and political destruction of the South.

So, returning to Ukraine, it is legally a “territory” or “State” of Russia which is being targeted on the basis of Ukraine’s Bio-Weapon labs, Money-Laundering, and Human-Child Sex trafficking.

NATO and the US have no legal standing to interfere,
Anymore than NATO would have standing to interfere if Germany were to take aggressive action against Bavaria’s massive Illegal population.

(BTW, the Civil War had virtually NOTHING to do with slavery - that’s a “Revisionist History” explanation.

(The Slave Trade was managed in Newport/Boston/NYC;
there were a large number of slaves in those cities - still are)

Ukraine's borders as a sovereign state has not taken place in the UN.

According to the CIS treaty, the territory of Ukraine is an administrative district of
the USSR. Therefore, no one can be blamed for separatism and forcible change of
Ukraine's borders.
According to international law, the country simply does not have officially

To solve this problem, Ukraine must finalize the border demarcation with
neighboring countries and obtain the consent of neighboring countries, including
Russia, to their common border. It is necessary to document everything and sign
agreements with all neighboring countries.
The European Union has pledged its support to Ukraine on this important issue and
has decided to provide all the technical assistance.
But will Russia sign a border treaty with Ukraine? No, of course not!
Since Russia is the legal successor of the USSR (this is confirmed by the decisions
of international courts on property disputes between the former USSR and foreign
countries), the territories on which Ukraine, Belarus and Novorossiya are located
belong to Russia, and no one has the right to dispose of this territory without
Russia's consent.
Basically, all Russia has to do now is declare that this territory is Russian and that
everything that happens in this territory is an internal Russian affair.

In my days as Black Book Editor, we would frequently find News nuggets buried as fillers in newspapers or, in such rags as National Inquirer.

These nuggets, not necessarily headlines or in depth analyses, often were observations by a Stringer - which would lead to a major story

{e.g., a four line filler on a Saturday newspaper reported that Poland’s Puppet President, while giving a speech in the coal region, was the target of a coal miner who bounced a lump off the Presidents head.

The Soviet security force took no action, and, based on that report, I tasked NSA to search all comms on Poland to see the number of similar incidents - of which there were many.

That became the basis for our in depth analysis of political instability in Poland, and our timely prediction of the overthrow of USSR rule in Poland.

Thus, a “meaningless” report became the basis for a major political-military transition of global significance.

(later, I converted a rather meaningless CIA news reporting service (FBIS) into what is now entitled
“Open Source Reporting” complete with a 10 story building in Reston, Va.

I believe I covered this issue 3 years ago.
Looks like my Conspiracy Theory has now been documented as Fact.
