Weather management is a tactical weapon developed after WW2 (Battle of the Bulge).
Hurricane manipulation is one facet (as in Hurricane IAN)

It ties to Chemtrail disbursement which can increase a hurricane from Cat 2 to Cat 5 overnight.

As an aside, after the hurricane passed thru Florida, it was the first time I’ve been able to see the stars in months.
We’ve been covered in a “haze” for months.

BTW, my access internet, electricity and water is currently zero, with occasional cell phone service - thus this post.

Arthur is his stand-in when they don’t use the robot.

Putin died a while back and he has a stand-in - but I have no details.

The Putin Stand-In is on good terms with Trump.

The Russian “invasion” of Ukraine was/is to eliminate the US BioWeapon labs which could target Russia.

Also objects of the Russian action are Ukraine’s:
1) Money Laundering
2) Human/Child trafficking
3) Drug Trafficking

This Green Screen “war” objective is to get NATO to attack Russia, and draw the US Super-Weapons into the mix.

As an aside, I see this scenario as the means by the NWO to initiate WW3 to cripple all of Europe, Russia, and the US.

(I’ve played the Intel manager (C2-J2) in two NATO exercises (Able Archer) and they routinely “game”nuclear weaponry at the tactical level.

This Ukraine “war” is an extension of those scenarios
— and there are
NO WINNERS!

Having witnessed and experienced (and survived) Hurricane Ian first-hand at ground level without water, electricity, internet, cell phone service, and still without electricity, I can predict this is only a taste of what’s to come our way.

“Weather Management” is a tactical weapon and has been employed a number of times in recent history by Presidents determined to test it and inflict anguish on American and international citizens.

I’ve received several tracking reports identifying USAF “Chemtrail planes” operating in the “eye” of Ian, creating lightning bolts and spin-off tornadoes.

My colleagues and I have lived through many hurricanes over the past 6O+ years, and have not witnessed such activities;
and we do recall weather planes flying through hurricanes to measure velocity and air pressure;

but the Chemtrail planes in Ian were not “weather planes”.

These were malicious actors!

The escalation of this hurricane from Cat 2 to Cat 5 followed the patterns of Katrina and Irma - other “managed” hurricanes.

The destruction in Florida by this hurricane was/is unimaginable - and it reached well into the Southeast USA.

Shall I predict storms like this to be employed to keep us from voting in November?

Let me know if you noticed oddities as well.

I think it’s time to start holding illegal actors (e.g., senior military officers) accountable; courts martial can be a major learning experience.

Background on Clancy:
His research assistant worked in close coordination w Bill Colby, former DirCIA, who provided access to actual operations like the Hunt for Red October, an on-going op we briefed daily to a select few Pentagon officials. Clancy’s “fiction” novels were based on real operations, in one of which I was a principal - so I recognized a few characters, to include GHW Bush and Bob Gates.
As an aside, Clancy, Colby, and the rear has assistant we’re all murdered; I’ve survived multiple attempts on my life.

Read Clancy’s novels as if they were real documentaries - Which they were.

Regarding demonizing of Musk; here’s a note from FL Gov DiSantis

- other than they complained DiSantis called up “unvaccinated National Guard” to assist in the relief effort!

I appreciate the many comforting words I’m getting from folks about this disaster’s outages.

But, then I recall that, when I was in the Military, my foxhole did not have
A/C
Electricity
Cell Service
Running Water

And people I didn’t even know were trying to kill me.

Not too different from the deployed troops in recent years had it;

Or, the American Colonists had.

So, I write this off as a minor inconvenience - although our government seems intent on killing us, and we actually know them!

Separate photo shows my small generator (gasoline/propane/natural gas) outside with power cord running to the spool, into which I tie refrigerator, freezer, and other appliances.
Stocked up on batteries which power my lamps - one of which has a connection for my cell phone power
(And thanks to Musk, I now have cell phone connectivity)

Much better than my old foxhole.
