Those who are desirous to cross over the worldly ocean for them, the only means is to surrender themselves at the Lotus Feet of Lord Sri Narayana (of four Arms), the Supreme Who for the deliverance of the aspirants, stretches His thousand Hands in all directions and thereby giving protection to them.

As the fish dwelling at the deepest bottom of a lake can easily escape from the clutch of the fisherman so also when one surrenders oneself to Sri Narayana one easily gets rid of those formidable enemies viz. lust, anger, infatuation etc.

Whether one dwells in home or hearth or in the mountain cave these formidable enemies ever go with him. It is Sri Narayana, Wielder of Sudarshana Discus alone brings total destruction of those formidable enemies and delivers up from hellish worldliness those who have surrendered themselves at His Lotus Feet. Therefore He alone is the Refuge to be sought for.

The mind and prana are the same, having the same source. If one is controlled, the other is also controlled at the same time. The aim is to make the mind one-pointed.

In the path of devotion yogis learn to hear the soundless sound, the voice of the silence, the perennial music going on in every human heart. But how many of us hear that music. This devotional music has a profound influence in directing the emotional life of an aspirant toward ecstasy and enables him to enjoy the highest moment. This is called meditation in music. No self-effort is necessary - but that which does seem to be necessary in this path is to kindle a flame of love for the Beloved.

"Let us clearly understand that what we think to be the lowest is the other pole of the highest. The peak of a mountain and the valley around its base are not two separate things, they are part and parcel of the same phenomenon. The deep valley has been caused by the rising mountain, and in the same way the mountain has been possible because of the valley, One cannot be without the other. Or can it? Linguistically the mountain and the valley are two, but existentially they are two poles of the same thing"

🌟 Finding Inner Peace 🌟

According to the Dalai Lama, being happy is the sole purpose of human existence. 😊

Therefore, the desire to attain happiness is the most natural of all human aspirations. 🌈🙏

Inner comfort and emotional contentment are far more important than external prosperity. The source of happiness lies within us, not outside. 🌻

But if someone is mentally and emotionally dissatisfied, unhappy in their soul, then physical comfort won't bring any relief. 🤔

When we are overwhelmed by mental suffering - heavy thoughts or inner discontentment - physical comfort simply ceases to exist. 🧘‍♂️💭

When a person speaks, you can see in the breath etheric, astral, and mental elements.

Science has not yet researched the human breath. In coming decades, an electronic analyzer will be built to analyze the human breath and identify the etheric, astral, and mental pollutions spreading not only into the aura of the person but also into Space. Thus, we are told, we spread subtle diseases through our breath, or we radiate healing currents through our breaths and words or through speech.
