You’re teaching what you need to learn so pay particular attention to the messages you deliver to children, and their parents know that those messages are for you as well. Take time to play laugh and be silly and carefree. Nurture your inner child with as much love and attention as possible. Set up something fun with someone who’s struggling get them out and laugh do something silly maybe even childlike or try something. A child would do like finger painting, whatever it is nurture them with an uplifting childlike spirit and you’ll be caring for yourself as well.🪽
