کلمه ی sprint یعنی تا اونجایی که میتونی سریع بدوی🏃🏃🏃🏃

We do sprint training during basketball practice.😐🏀I can sprint 100 meters in 12 seconds.😏She sprinted the last few meters of the race and came in second place.
ما هنگام تمرین بسکتبال دو سرعت میریم😐🏀 من میتونم در 12 ثانیه 100 متر بدوم(دو سرعت)😏. اون آخرین متر های مسابقه رو دوید و دوم شد

نکته : کلمه "دو سرعت" سریع ترینه. سریع تر از "دویدن" معمولیه. و بعدم هم "دویدن اهسته "هست(آرام تر از دویدن اما تند تر از راه رفتن) و آرامتر از همه "راه رفتن"

فقط یه لحظه!من احتیاج دارم که نفس بگیرم😩
Out of breath = When you have difficulty breathing after exercising hard.

کلمه یout of breath یعنی وقتی که بعد از تمرین کردن نفس کشیدن براتون سخت میشه

Catch your breath = When you stop to wait for your breathing to return to normal.

کلمه ی catch of breath به معنای توقف کردن و صبر کردن برای اینه که نفستون به حالت عادی برگرده
