Well, one subject that I would like to learn in the future is astronomy, which is fascinating for me. Astronomy is a type of subject which is really crucial to learn not only for scientists but also for amateurs like me. By learning it, I can develop a new habit, such as star gazing, or sky photography, which can come quite useful to pass the time in moments of boredom. Although I know that I may not use this subject in my future job, I still want to have at least basic know-how about it.
The subject of astronomy started intriguing me when I watched a suite of movies related to cosmos, particularly, black holes, space time and four-dimensional life. The particular movies that absorbed me in astronomy, and all that stuff about space, satellites, moons, planets and ET were Interstellar, Martian and Marvel Studio's movies, sci-fi movies in general. Since then, I have had a burning desire to learn all about them.
I don't still surely know that I will take learning it seriously as I have enough on my plate these days, you know studying at university and make a living. They all made me busy, leaving no time for hobbies or for myself. I somehow managed to go to the gym. I am not a gym rat for sure, but I should live a healthy life. One of the options I have to learn astronomy is watching documentaries on websites or on YouTube. I know some brainy guys who run a YouTube channel, namely Brian Cox and Neil DeGrasse Tyson. I can watch their videos, and expand my knowledge about space.

Iโd like to describe a natural place that I love visiting and this place is the Chimgan Mountains in Uzbekistan. This stunning mountain range is located about 80 kilometers northeast of Tashkent, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I usually go to the Chimgan Mountains during weekends or holidays, especially in the spring and summer months when the weather is, you know, pleasant and the scenery is at its most beautiful. The journey to Chimgan is an adventure in itself, with winding roads and breathtaking views of the landscape.
And of the main reasons I love visiting the Chimgan Mountains is the tranquility and fresh air. The area is covered with lush greenery and offers a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, picnicking, or you know horseback riding. There are also several picturesque spots to simply sit and enjoy the natural beauty. The sense of peace and connection to nature that I feel when Iโm there is incredibly rejuvenating.
Another reason I enjoy the Chimgan Mountains is the opportunity for adventure. The trails vary in difficulty, so thereโs something for everyone, from easy walks to challenging hikes. Additionally, the local hospitality is wonderful, and itโs always a pleasure to interact with the people who live and work in the region.
The Chimgan Mountains are a natural haven that I cherish. The combination of stunning landscapes, fresh air, and a wide range of activities make it a place that I you know look forward to visiting whenever I can.

When I was young, one activity I enjoyed immensely was flying kites. It was a pastime I often shared with my friends from the neighborhood, and we looked forward to it every chance we got.
We would usually head to a large open field near our homes on weekends or during school holidays. This field was perfect for kite flying because it was spacious and free from obstacles like trees and buildings. We'd usually meet up in the late afternoon when the winds were just right. It was a bit of a ritual for us, packing our kites and snacks, and making a whole afternoon of it.
I particularly enjoyed this activity because it was both thrilling and relaxing. The excitement of watching my kite soar high into the sky, maneuvering it with the string, and competing with my friends to see whose kite could fly the highest or stay up the longest was incredibly fun. It was also a great way to spend time outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Weโd cheer each other on and laugh whenever someoneโs kite took a nosedive โ those moments were the best.
Another reason I loved flying kites was the sense of achievement it gave me. Successfully launching and controlling a kite took skill and patience, and each successful flight felt like a small victory. Plus, the joy and laughter we shared during these sessions created wonderful memories that I cherish to this day. Even now, thinking back to those afternoons brings a smile to my face โ they were truly carefree, happy times.

One unusual meal that stands out for me was organized by a friend who had recently returned from Japan. He invited a small group of us to his home in Tashkent for a traditional Japanese dinner, which was quite a unique experience given our usual Central Asian cuisine.
The meal was held in his cozy dining room, which he had decorated with Japanese elements like paper lanterns and bamboo mats. It was a small, intimate gathering with just five of us, all close friends. During the meal, we talked about his experiences in Japan, the culture, the food, and how it differed from what we were used to in Uzbekistan. We also shared our own travel stories and discussed how food is such an integral part of different cultures.
For the meal, we started with a rich, savory soup that was new to me. Then we moved on to sushi, which was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. The main course included a variety of dishes with unique flavors. We drank green tea, which complemented the meal perfectly. The taste of raw fish was particularly unusual for me, as itโs not something commonly found in our local cuisine.
This meal was special for several reasons. Firstly, it was a delightful culinary adventure, introducing me to flavors and textures I had never experienced before. It was also special because it was a thoughtful gesture from my friend, who wanted to share a piece of his journey with us. Additionally, the intimate setting and the rich conversations made the evening memorable. It was an evening that broadened my culinary horizons and created lasting memories with close friends.

One of my favorite photos of myself was taken during a trip to the mountains near Chimgan, Uzbekistan. It was a beautiful sunny day in early autumn, around two years ago. The mountains were lush and green, with a hint of fall colors starting to appear. I was with a group of friends, and we had been planning this hike for weeks, eagerly anticipating the adventure.
I remember the exact moment this photo was taken. My friends and I had just reached the top of a challenging hiking trail, and we were all feeling a mix of exhaustion and exhilaration. The scenery was breathtaking, and the air was crisp and fresh. In the photo, I'm standing on a large rock, with the majestic mountain range in the background, looking both happy and proud. My friend, whoโs an amateur photographer, managed to capture the perfect shot just as the sun was setting, giving the photo a golden glow.
Whenever I look at this picture, I feel a rush of positive emotions. I donโt know why but it happens to me all the time I look at it, you know. It reminds me of the sense of achievement I felt after completing the hike and the beauty of the natural surroundings. It also brings back memories of the camaraderie and fun I had with my friends during the trip. We laughed a lot, shared stories, and just enjoyed being in nature together. This photo captures a moment of pure joy and adventure, and it always makes me smile.
This picture holds a special place in my heart because it represents not just a physical journey, but also a moment of connection and happiness. Looking at it, Iโm reminded of the importance of taking time to explore and appreciate the world around us.

Iโd like to talk about my friend Asror, who is exceptionally talented. We met when I moved to the fifth grade and switched to a specialized boarding school. We quickly became close friends, bonding over our shared interests and academic challenges. As we navigated the ups and downs of school life, our friendship grew stronger. We often found ourselves involved in various activities, making our school days memorable.
Asror's talent lies in his extraordinary aptitude for mathematics. He was always a step ahead in class, solving complex problems with ease and precision. Unlike me, he isn't musically inclined and doesn't play any instruments. However, his mathematical prowess always left me in awe. We often competed with each other in math, pushing each other to improve and excel. This friendly rivalry was a significant part of our school years and helped both of us grow academically. Besides his skills in math, Asror was also great at playing football and arm wrestling, showcasing his versatility and athleticism.
In addition to his talent in math and sports, Asror was incredibly generous and supportive. We spent countless hours studying together and helping each other with homework and projects. These moments were essential in building our strong friendship. I admire Asror not only for his talent but also for his character. His intelligence, generosity, and friendly nature make him a person worth looking up to. Our friendship has taught me the value of healthy competition, support, and the joy of having a talented friend who constantly inspires you to be better.
