[In reference to GAO decision] ‍People are way overblowing this. This is for development and what? Two launches? Blue is now self funding their lander supposedly. ‍It looks like 2 further Raptor vacuum engines have been delivered to the production site at Starbase!

That means 3 Rvac engines have arrived which will be installed onto Ship 20 ahead of Starship’s orbital test flight.
