Matt on Twitter : SpaceX recently closed on the purchase of Massey's Gun Shop and Range off of RT.4, on the way to StarBase. Sources close to the deal have indicated that this location will be the "Raptor Facility" and possible uses may include repair, rebuild and testing of rocket engines.

Special delivery to the #SpaceX Starbase/Boca Chica production site: a Raptor Vacuum engine!

Three of these engines will be used to power the #Starship vehicle through space during orbital flights.

It is [first Raptor Vacuum engine delivered for SN20]! Looks like we can get 378 sec Isp with this version of Raptor Vacuum, so over 380 sec with some improvements down the road.
