There's the part where the base of the glass panes (those that let you see on the other part of the gym) is not exactly on plane with the body of the panes for some, so yeah there's a 7mm gap below the glass
This is not a spacc tho, just a sign that the builders decided to cheap out or something

And the ceiling has a protective layer that started to came off, but this is nothing new, I showed it two years ago but at that time I didn't show the entire area
