Consciousness is what contains all kinds of images of the whole existence, all the perceptions of existence, and we only experience it through our consciousness, and consequently we can safely understand that the whole existence is an existence of the nature of consciousness.

Suffering, or the lack of suffering, is a function of consciousness. And we cannot interact with things in any other way than through our consciousness.

So we have no way to experience anything outside of our consciousness, because the experience also takes place within consciousness.

The only solution to problems is to work within our own consciousness. All the phenomena of the world are reflected in his consciousness.
