Mojito cheesecake without baking 🎂

🥑Ingredients:

For the base:
♦️Shortbread cookies - 150g
For the filling:
♦️Cottage cheese - 400 gr
♦️Sugar - 75 gr
♦️Avocado - 1 pc
♦️Gelatin - 10 gr
♦️Cold water - 40 ml
♦️Mint - 5-10 gr
♦️Lime - 1 pc

👩‍🍳Preparation:

For the base: grind cookies in a blender until crumbly. Add melted butter and mix well. Cover the cake tin with foil. Spread the mass in the form and spread it evenly on the bottom. We put the base in the fridge, while we prepare the stuffing. For the filling: soak the gelatin in cold water for 15 minutes. Then melt it in the microwave or on the stove. Mint is crushed in a blender, and lime zest grate. To the cottage cheese or cottage cheese add sugar, cream, avocado pulp, mint, lime zest and juice, melted gelatin and beat with a blender until smooth (if desired, you can add green dye). Spread the whole mass on the cookie base in a mould, smooth it out well and put it in the fridge for 4-8 hours (although it will harden in 2-3 hours). @cookingwithlov

French toast for breakfast 🥪

🍨Ingredients:

♦️Egg - 1 pc.
♦️Fresh bread
♦️Sugar - 1 tsp.
♦️Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
♦️Milk - 4 tbsp
♦️Berries and ice cream (to serve)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔹Mix egg, milk, cinnamon and sugar with a whisk.Soak sliced bread in mixture so bread soaks in.Roast in a frying pan (in vegetable oil) on both sides for 1.5 minutes. Serve hot with berries and ice cream
