Ladies & Gents with long hair.
Castor oil mixed with coconut oil. The more pure you can get the better. Dark castor oil works better for hair.
Put it on a comb and brush it through your hair. Leave on for two hours before thoroughly washing it out. It will help with knots, hair growth and Shine. Good for all types of hair too.
If you leave it to harden, it's a nice mix for the skin too. ESPECIALLY if you are out in the sun. ☀️
