Monday’s Reading: We have experienced a HUGE shift yesterday, one that we’ve never seen! We are now seeing the effects of this ‘new paradigm of 5D’ but actually having a different, higher frequency because of it. If you are uncomfortable, anxious, achy all over, discombobulated and confused, it’s normal! It is going to take us all a little bit of time to integrate all of these new energies. The best way to integrate the energy is to meditate, ground, hydrate, and introspect. There will only be more of these and it’s all meant for us to grow as a community, spiritually together. If you were going to make HUGE moves, the universe is waiting! It’s finally time!!
