Need some advice please 🙏

I believe I have a sinus infection. The rest of my family have just had it. I have serious pain in my jaw, and feels like my gums.. I thought it might be my top wisdom tooth coming through but seems that cannot explain the pain that's coming from my bottom teeth.. to cut a long story short....

Has anyone else experienced this? A serious sinus infection that mimics multiple toothache 😫
