We are living in amazing times. Many people are awakening from their spiritual slumber and are seeking the deeper meanings of existence.
Many are discovering that we are far more powerful than we have been led to believeβwe are a direct reflection of creation; eternal beings of energy and light. It is a time of great growth in human consciousness, a time to reclaim our power and to align with the Divine.
The cosmos creates cycles, offering us endless opportunities to stop and reflect, and to move more deeply into our spiritual selves. But are we ready to break out of our old ways of seeing the world in order to seek truthβ
or do we want to stay locked in a reality in which we have accepted othersβ limited notions as our own?
Do we carry in our hearts a modern perception of realityβor are we grounded in the belief systems of our ancestors? Are you ready to let go of your old ways and embrace a new reality?
If this feels challenging for you, I invite you to soften your energy and remain open. Your soul chose this lifetime, after all, itβs just a matter of remembering that, and stepping out of the illusion you have been in.β

Every household should always have a jar of this in the fridge.
At the first sign of a cough; adults 1 tablespoon 4 times per day. Children 1 teaspoon 4 times per day. Continue until symptoms improve.
Ingredients;
Distilled or spring water
One organic onion sliced so the rings of visible
drizzles of organic honey
Layer onion then honey, onion then honey, onion then honey until the jar is full, Fill slowly to the top with the distilled water, seal with a airtight lid and place in the fridge for 24 hours. Then carefully remove the onion and discard. There is your cough remedy All natural, no side-effects and it worksβ¨
