1. Navigate to Profile: Go to your profile section in IgniteHEx.
2. Wallet Setup Section: Click on "Wallet Setup."
3. Set Security PIN: Create a secure PIN for your wallet.
4. Save Recovery Phrase: You’ll receive a 13-word recovery phrase—write it down and store it safely offline.
5. Save STR Wallet Address: Note your STR wallet address for future reference.
6. Complete Profile Information: Fill in all required profile fields.
7. Verify Account Status: Check that your account status now shows as Complete.

If Status Still Shows Incomplete
Since you’ve already tried changing keys, please verify the following:
Profile Fields: Ensure every single field in your profile is filled out completely.
Security PIN: Double-check that your PIN was properly saved and confirmed.
Recovery Phrase: Verify you have gone through the step where the system confirms you have saved the phrase.
Session Refresh: Try logging out and logging back in to refresh the account status on the dashboard.

Die Internetverbindung im SourceLess-Ökosystem wird über das sogenannte SLNN (SourceLess Ledger Network Nodes) Mesh-Netzwerk aufgebaut.
Anstatt sich auf zentrale Vermittlungsstellen, Router oder einzelne Mobilfunkmasten zu verlassen, nutzt das System eine dezentrale Mesh-Topologie.
Das bedeutet konkret:
• Jedes Gerät wird zum Knotenpunkt (Node):
Jedes smarte Gerät, jedes Mobiltelefon oder jeder WLAN-Router kann als Knotenpunkt in diesem Netzwerk agieren.
• Peer-to-Peer-Kommunikation:
Die Geräte kommunizieren direkt miteinander und leiten die Daten untereinander weiter, anstatt sie erst an einen zentralen Server zu schicken.
• Physische Konnektivität (Layer 0):
Um diese Verbindung physisch aufzubauen, nutzt das System bereits bestehende Funktechnologien wie WiFi, Bluetooth, 5G und mobile Netzwerke.

All user history and assets remain stable and secure.

Current issues are primarily "representation problems". This means that while your data is safe, the dashboard may not currently display it accurately as it syncs across the systems.

We want to reassure you that absolutely no data has been lost. What you may see as errors are simply temporary inconsistencies in how the data is being pulled into the live interface.

Our technical & development teams are working at full capacity to finalize the system transition. Because these updates are being performed on a "live" system, temporary errors may still appear. To resolve the majority of these issues, two major updates are scheduled in the coming days.

Clarification on Cards and wSTR Usage

1. Physical Card Delivery
Physical cards have not arrived yet. They are currently scheduled for delivery.
Until these cards are received and activated, they cannot be used for transactions or withdrawals.

2. Understanding wSTR
It is important to clarify that wSTR (Wrapped STR) is not fiat currency to be directly used with a payment card.

Staking Rewards: At this stage, wSTR represents the rewards you receive from staking and other internal platform mechanisms.

No Direct Cash-Out: At the moment, it is not possible to withdraw these rewards directly as cash from an ATM or use them for payments via the card.

STRDome: The amounts listed in the shop are indicative. They reflect what the tokens were worth at the specific moment the packages were first listed.

IgniteHEX (Actual Redemption Price): This is the live environment where assets are attributed based on the actual price of redemption. For the current redemption window (March 16th to April 1st, 2026), the system is utilizing an actual rate of $10.13 USD per CCOS token.

Even though ecosystem assets generally fluctuate, IgniteHEx applies the specific rate active at the moment you redeem your voucher.

Vesting Period: Please note that redeemed CCOS tokens enter a 1-year vesting pool. During this time, they are locked and not available for withdrawals, transfers, or staking rewards.

The IgniteHEX ensures you receive the true value of your purchase based on the current redemption settings.
