I conclude the night with a ten minute ice bath so that I can do it again tomorrow.
Everything you do effects others. It either inspires them or gives them an excuse to be mediocre by your example. Your negative energy black pills, a resolute spirit gives hope and inspires faith. Be a pillar to your brothers. Do your best to live in such a way that the men around you stay motivated. An elite crew starts with one guy whose killing it day in and day out, be that guy.

Really good video that helps explain why I’m not a big fan of big boxing gloves in fights. In protecting the hand we make it easier to deliver successive powerful blows to the head. The thicker the gloves the less accurate you have to be. A blow to the temple or forehead that would break the knuckles without gloves or with smaller gloves becomes possible to deliver over and over again.
I used to play rugby and football. Despite the compete lack of protection in Rugby all my serious injuries came from football because the use of the helmet and shoulder pads allowed people to spear and use their head as a weapon instead of the form tackling you see in rugby. I believe the same is true of mma and have always preferred five ounce gloves. A cut is a much less serious thing than the deeper brain trauma that occurs in boxing.

Why Face Doxing is the most powerful act of faith. (Physics of Mask-off)
At some point you are going to show your face.
At some point you can no longer hide in the masses.
At some point you are going to realise this fight is a binary.
At some point its either win or lose, there is no in-between position.
At some point you either commit fully to winning, or fully to losing.
I have heard people say - "After the revolution I will show my face, there is no point in doing so before hand".
But what if winning or losing is not a matter of time but space?
What if there is no "after the revolution"?
What if the Revolution is Permanent?
What if there isn't a clearly defined "Race-War" or "Day of the Rope"?
But that we are living in a Permanent Race war or Age of Judgement.
In 50 years, unless the most enormous Geo-Political shift in Human history occurs, White people will be living in a Global South African Style Apocalypse.
We will be a tiny minority, we will be institutionally powerless, meaning there will be no political sympathy for our existence, we will be chased down to the last White person.
You're children and grand children will be forced to undergo State-mandated homosexual and race-mixing re-education - if they are not already.
Those that escape out to farms will be hunted down by paramilitary wings of State sponsored non-White rape and death squads, radicalised and trained by jews and traitors.
I believe very strongly that this geo-political shift will happen in the next 50 years. However, what if I (and you) are wrong? What if it never comes? How do we ensure the collective survival of our race if everyone is too afraid to collectivise (combine forces).
Just as importantly; How can this geo-political shift happen without mass moving in a unified direction forcing it to happen? (Simple physics, Force = Mass x Accel, or Work = Force x Distance).
Yes I agree, part of that shift is out of our control, the system is destroying itself.
But destructive force is only half of the geo-political shift, we must construct power (this is what it means to say White Power!)
The more the system destroys itself, the more space we have to fill with our power.
But it won't happen "automatically", we still have to do the Work.
Work = Force x Distance.
The biggest Force multiplier that we have are the "Face doxxed".
Except for a few rare examples, the greatest work done in the past and currently being done for the survival of our race, are being done so by the Face Doxxed.
We are inspired by the men and women of the past who put their face and name to our worldview and carried out this mission despite opposition, fear of failure and even death.
These men and women did so because they had faith in our eventual success, our final victory. There are men and women today who share that same vision, that same faith and our race lives through the fire they keep alive.
Faith, its about faith. If you have faith that we eventually secure the existence of our people and a future for White children, then there is nothing the evil system can do to dissuade you from contributing to this collective mission. No matter how much you suffer, time will venerate and vindicate you. You will stand before the judgment seat of the eternal, and you will be found good.
What does Faith mean? It doesn't mean just a "belief" in our victory, but a Duty. Faith comes from Fides, meaning fidelity, meaning loyalty, meaning honour.
Meine Ehre heißt Treue.
My Honour is my Loyalty.
What is faith without action?
What is Prayer without work?
Arbeit Macht Frei.
Work sets you free.
How can the public, the masses join us if we are not prepared to do the work and show our face.
Showing your face is like standing up to Satan. The evil beast wants everyone to be afraid of it and when you stand up and face it, it inspires others to do so as well.
Only the Faithful can inspire Faith in others.

Thomas Sewell was much nicer than Hitler. Notice that for years activism was hindered by a spirit of meekness that lived within a vocal online community that called anyone who advocated for any action whatsoever a fed or an idiot.
