These accounts that message you with profiles and names of famous Telegram channels are actually spam bots created by individuals in Asia (China, India, Macedonia, Iran) with the intention of scamming.

Those who have been on Telegram for a long time know that this is a common occurrence, and the only way to deal with it is to report and block such accounts.

So, don't attempt to engage with them, insult them, or convince them not to message you again.
