And don't think you'll be going on any domestic holidays either. You won't be able to afford an expensive electric car. And even if you could, it will be programmed to shut down if you try to leave your '15 minute' pris—"smart city".

Beef and lamb are to be "phased out", and fertiliser use "greatly reduced", by 2050, so I hope you enjoy eating insects and lab-grown fake meat!
