⚪️ В октябре 2025 я запустил конкурс: "Угадай, когда кто-то из ботов достигнет 100% доходности". Прошло 7 месяцев, а финиша не видно. Характер рынка существенно изменился и то, что в октябре было разумной целью, превратилось в какой-то мираж 😐
Текущий лидер – HFT. Sort of, добрался только до +60%, свою лепту в замедление темпов внёс и еженедельный вывод прибыли. В общем, до 100% сейчас дальше, чем казалось осенью. К тому же, у меня готова новая сборка ботов и откладывать запуск это значит в определённой мере и залезать и к Вам в карман 🙂 А вам ещё на «ламбу и девочек» (с) копить нужно 🙂
Поэтому закрываю конкурс досрочно. Теперь интересный вопрос: как определить победителя, если финишную черту мы не пересекли?
· Вариант А — экстраполировать: продлить кривую доходности и отдать победу тому, чей прогноз ближе всего к расчётной дате. Проблема: кривой как таковой уже нет. Скорее это прямая 😵
· Вариант Б — нормализовать: оценить относительно текущего прогресса. Тоже так себе вариант.
Что в итоге: математические варианты отброшены, остались варианты логические (хорошо, что вариантов прогноза с датой в будущем осталось всего два!). Здесь неизбежен элемент субъективности — потому что я сам решаю, когда закончить конкурс и таким образом могу повлиять на то, кто является победителем. Или другая альтернатива — спекуляция: допустить, что A.O. (прогноз 8 августа) "всё равно победил бы", если бы конкурс продолжался. Но это недоказуемо. · Option A was to extrapolate — project the curve forward and crown whoever guessed closest to the projected date. Problem: the curve isn't really a curve anymore. It's barely a line 😵
· Option B was to normalize — score everyone relative to current progress. Also messy.
What I landed on with mathematical options exhausted (and thank god there are only 2 guesses with the future date!): there's an unavoidable element of subjectivity here, because I control when the contest ends. Any day I close this, a different person could win. The other honest alternative is speculation — assuming A.O. (who guessed August 8) "would have won" if the contest ran naturally. But that's unfalsifiable. So I went with the split: subjectivity vs. speculation, 50/50.

⚪️ Ну, как и обещал в прошлом сообщении, собираюсь завтра выкатить новую сборку ботов. Что изменилось с 22 февраля, когда я уже анонсировал «полностью нового бота»? Ну это как посмотреть. С одной стороны ничего не изменилось, новых концептов не так уж и много. А с другой стороны изменилось практически всё – реализация идей совершенно другая. Прошлый бот получился может и стабильный, но стабильность эта доставалась слишком дорогой ценой, было очень много пропущенных точек входа. От этого серьёзно страдала доходность. При этом по ощущениям (настолько глубокого анализа, как на текущей версии я тогда не делал) в случае открытия 5 – 6 позиций одновременно шанс ликвиднуться у него был выше, чем в последней сборке.
А теперь же (самое время похвастать 😃) бектест с 01/01/2024 бот на 5 активов проходит влёгкую, без ликвидаций. Симуляция показывает, что самый тяжёлый период это начало февраля и начало марта 2025, бот с начальным балансом в 1000 USDT на дне имеет ещё около 65 - 120 USDT запаса. Понятно, что для комфорта этого мало. Понятно, что кроме нереализованных убытков и маржи, которая использовалась для открытия позиции есть ещё требования биржи по поддерживающей марже. Понятно также, что как было уже никогда не будет и бэктест не является гарантией ни от чего. Но при всём этом 29 месяцев бэктеста дают мне достаточную степень уверенности, что стратегия работает.
Внимательный читатель может спросить: «А как же 10 октября 2025? Разве это не самый страшный день в истории крипты?». Отвечу, да, самый страшный. Но для текущей сборки бота он не страшен совсем. Я когда-то писал, что сценарий 10 октября в будущем учитывать не буду, но, оказалось, что найти решение для него было одной из простых задач, которые меня занимали в последние полгода 🙂 Апрель, август 2024, февраль и март 2025 – вот это было сложнее. Медленное стекание, которое заканчивается мощным импульсом – это самый страшный сон. А 10 октября бот просто ловит (довольно короткие) стопы по дамп-детектору, спустя некоторое время перезаходит и заканчивает сутки примерно с тем же балансом, что и начал.
Комплектация будет такая:
• HFT. Sort of: JTO · DASH · TAO · RENDER · HYPE
• TopROI. Sort of: WIF · DASH · ASTER · HYPE · ICP · ONDO
• TopROI. Sort of (BingX): RENDER · HYPE · TAO · ICP · ONDO
Как видим, пул активов сильно изменился. Пропали 1000PEPE, DOGE, SHIB, SUI, AVAX и XRP – все они в последние полгода показывают печальную доходность. Пропала KAS, на Bybit упали объёмы, и её подвинули в другой уровень рисков. Ну и на маленьком объёме всегда большие проскальзывания. Совсем со счетов я никого из них не сбрасываю, буду периодически мониторить, если что-то поменяется могу и вернуть в ротацию, но пока места они там не заслуживают.
Что касается характера ботов – TopROI. Sort of (BingX) это, наверное самый стабильный вариант, «запустил и забыл». HFT. Sort of идёт вторым, тут мы видим новичков JTO и DASH, они должны обеспечить баланс между доходностью и стабильностью. Ну а самый рисковый, как всегда TopROI. Sort of. Все активы, кроме HYPE новые. К тому же торговаться будет WIF, а у него дикая волатильность. От этого иногда он уходит в стоп-лосс, но на бэктесте общий результат убедительно позитивный.
В общем, пишу это чтобы вы могли принять осознанное решение для себя – продолжать копировать или изменить что-то.

🔴 As promised in my last message, I'm rolling out the new bot build tomorrow. What's changed since February 22, when I already announced a "completely new bot"? Depends how you look at it. The concepts are largely the same, but the implementation is completely different. The previous bot was stable — but that stability came at too high a price. It missed a lot of entry points, which seriously hurt returns. And from what I can feel (I didn't do analysis anywhere near as deep back then as I did on this version), when 5–6 positions opened simultaneously, the liquidation risk was actually higher than in the current build.
Now (time to brag a little 😃) — the backtest from 01/01/2024 across 5 assets runs clean with zero liquidations. The simulation shows the toughest period was early February and early March 2025, where the bot with a starting balance of 1000 USDT still had around 65 – 120 USDT of margin cushion at the bottom. Obviously that's not a lot of comfort. Obviously there are exchange maintenance margin requirements on top of unrealized PnL and the margin used to open positions. And obviously what happened before won't repeat exactly, and a backtest guarantees nothing. But 29 months of backtesting gives me enough confidence that the strategy works.
A careful reader might ask: "What about October 10, 2025? Wasn't that the scariest day in crypto history?" Yes, it was. But for the current build, it's not scary at all. I once wrote that I wouldn't account for an October 10 scenario going forward — turns out finding a solution for it was one of the easier problems I worked on over the past six months 🙂 April, August 2024, February and March 2025 — those were harder. Slow bleed ending in a powerful impulse move — that's the real nightmare. On October 10, the bot simply catches (fairly short) stops via the dump detector, re-enters after a while, and ends the day roughly where it started.
The lineup will be:

KAS is out too — volumes on Bybit dropped and it moved into a different risk tier; also, low volume always means high slippage. I'm not writing any of these off permanently — I'll monitor periodically and could bring anyone back if things change, but right now they haven't earned their spot.
On bot character: TopROI. Sort of (BingX) is probably the most stable option — set it and forget it. HFT. Sort of is second; newcomers JTO and DASH aim to strike a balance between returns and stability. And the riskiest, as always, is TopROI. Sort of. All assets except HYPE are new, and WIF is in the mix — it's wildly volatile, which occasionally triggers stop-losses, but the overall backtest result is convincingly positive.

Теперь он будет CryptoAdventurer 😎
Это должно исключить путаницу в дальнейшем. Вообще, я конечно ожидал, что Bybit всех резидентов ЕС заставит регистрироваться на Bybit.eu, а на глобальной версии учётки закроет принудительно. Уже скоро год, как я об этом заговорил. Но пока никаких изменений нет, надо признать, что я поторопился паниковать 🙃 Таким образом, сейчас на Bybit у меня всё ещё 4 бота

But nothing has changed so far, and I have to admit I panicked a bit too early 🙃
Anyway, I now still have 4 bots on Bybit:

• CryptoExplorer
• CryptoAdventurer
The main ones are still HFT and TopROI — I've rolled out the updated bot build on both, as promised. CryptoExplorer and CryptoAdventurer are for experiments (barely any subscribers there anyway). The first experiment will be running the old strategy on the same assets as HFT and TopROI, and we'll see which performs better.
That said, given that CryptoAdventurer made it to the top by ROI during testing, I expect this experiment to wrap up pretty soon. Performance chart for the past month is attached below.

The main ones are still HFT and TopROI — I've rolled out the updated bot build on both, as promised. CryptoExplorer and CryptoAdventurer are for experiments (barely any subscribers there anyway). The first experiment will be running the old strategy on the same assets as HFT and TopROI, and we'll see which performs better.
That said, given that CryptoAdventurer made it to the top by ROI during testing, I expect this experiment to wrap up pretty soon. Performance chart for the past month is attached below.

⚪️ Неделя получилась хорошая, вопреки тому, что BTC упал на 20%. Именно так я ожидаю, что боты будут работать в дальнейшем. Или лучше 😎 В воскресенье новые боты стартовали на Bybit (на BingX переезд задержался), как я писал в прошлом сообщении за период сравнения доходность оказалась в ~2,5 раза выше. Так всегда быть не может, в основном эта разница проявилась на последней неделе из-за высокой волатильности, но и в спокойные периоды должно быть больше сделок. Я специально над этим работал.
Кроме того, подравнял баланс на обоих ботах, эту неделю каждый из них начинает с 1500 USDT. Так нам будет гораздо проще сравнивать. Прибыль теперь каждую неделю выводить не буду, моя беспечность меня уговорила 😃 Ну и новая сборка не должна бояться повторения 10/10, а если просадка будет медленная тогда я должен успеть среагировать.

I also evened out the balance on both bots — they're each starting this week at 1500 USDT, which makes comparisons much easier. В общем – едем дальше, возможно даже моё предположение о росте цены BTC в итоге к осени подтвердится 🙂
